With today’s carry out order giving a “one star” is a compliment. I ordered a salad, boneless wings, potato wedges, tots as well as tipped. I get home. No boneless wings. I had to drive back, find a parking spot to get the wings. The guy working handed them to me without apologizing. This location gives horrible customer service like the customers are a burden to them yet, they all expect people to tip. My tip, train the employees to do the job correctly.

I recently came in with my boyfriend and had such an amazing experience. Our waitress, Lola, was very kind and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for. The food was really good, you can never go wrong with Bdubs!

All the flavors were good, but my absolute favorite was the Lemon Pepper crispy, tangy, and addictive 😍🍗 The overall wings lineup didn’t disappoint spicy, mild, saucy, dry rub everything hit the spot like it usually does! But what really stood out this time was the service. Our server (I think her name was Kate) was absolutely wonderful attentive, friendly, and made sure we always had what we needed. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality these days, so it definitely made the visit even better 👏😊 Great wings + great service = definitely worth going back again! 🍻🔥

Cathy, the General Manager of the restaurant was an absolute pleasure to deal with! I was ordering for a large quantity of people and the app wasn't allowing my order to go through. It was a very lengthy order, not one I wanted to read over the phone, and I asked if there was any other option to be able to send the order over in writing to make it easier for both sides.
Cathy offered a solution that was seamless and solution-oriented. I run a Service department at a luxury car dealership and know good customer service when I see it. Although Cathy is the GM of the facility, she still went out of her way as she likely trains her staff to do to ensure the customer was satisfied and happy. We order from this restaurant weekly and will continue to do so if not for the food, for the service. Thank you!

Literally still at the bar with my friends and the girl with the long braids had a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE the entire time !! Very unpleasant, we won’t be back . Service was awful as well , just overall a waste. 👎🏾
Servixe was SLOW ... ordered burger Swiss mushroom... they gave me a double patty... burger was ok ..got boneless wings.. WILD spicy.. but was not spicy... they were good..... the wait time was long ...priced little high.. atmosphere was pleasant ... may not come back

I had such a great experience dining here! Our waitress, Cathey, was absolutely wonderful so kind, attentive, and welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed the entire time without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to see someone so genuine and patient, especially when the place was busy.
