Placed an online order, took me 15 mins to get there, had to wait for almost 30 mins for my order and the place wasn’t even busy (45mins total for an online order?!), they just don’t care. The only good thing about this place was the hostess (Paige) who made what she could to rush my order and was smiling at all times and apologized for the long wait even though she had nothing to do with that

Visited here with my friends the food was ok but it was very delayed. Drinks were given wrong food was cold. Service was pathetic. Not worth the money nor the time just because of their rude service. The other BWW at orchard lake road seems to be more pleasant and polite.

The worst service I've had at a restaurant. Watched the Lions game. The waitress barely came around and we pretty much had to beg for the check to even leave. We asked a second employee to get our waitress to bring us the check and must have ignored us because the next time she came back we had to ask her for the check again anyway.

Ordered a take out while I was having dinner. Waited 35 min. I asked for sauce on the side and of course sauce was on the wings. Ordered 6 pieces and found 4 and half.

Similar to all other bdubs locations, this one too is good on the ambience. Food is the same great taste. Nice location as well.
Update (after many years) - still doing good with the food and ambience. Plenty of screens to watch.
classic b dubs experience here. confusing entrance however, they should not make it look like a take out only joint. wild herd great deal.

EJay aka Eric was amazing he went above and beyond and paid attention to detail for not just me and my son but all his tables were accommodated very well. He is truly amazing and I enjoyed dining in bc of him I hadn’t been in years but he made the visit perfect

The food is good and the workers are nice, but I would not recommend ordering take out. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order take out there is something wrong with the order, something is either missing entirely or wrong, forcing me to check in the car and make my way back inside to remedy the problem, and by the time I get home the food is already lukewarm. Also, today we found a long ass hair in the boneless chicken, second time we’ve found hair

Please for the love of God make your employes wear hair nets or shave their heads. I have ordered carry out twice in the last month and have found a long dark hair in both orders. Last order it was inside my Con queso dip I ate about half the dip and then reached the hair that was at the bottom. This time it was wrapped around a boneless chicken wing. I pick up my order. I have short brown hair and there are no people that live in my home with this long of hair. This was one of the last standing decent B-Dubs in the area,but IM DONE! EVERY SINGLE PERSON PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR FOOD!!
