Got door dash, the fries were crispy unlike 5 guys, well seasoned too. The burger felt more healthy in comparison and more filling for cheaper than their neighbor. I'm excited to go back!

Website was somehow so useless that it was unable to process orders on both desktop and two separate mobile devices anytime payment goes to process it rejects it saying payment information not entered. Wasted 35 minutes trying to order on multiple different devices

The owner is always kind and courteous, so is the rest of the staff. The food is always delicious, great fries, great burgers, fresh chicken tenders, and all the dipping sauces you could want! The shroom burger is my favorite. And don't forget to get a shake! Way better and less greasy than 5 guys and much better fries

I was next door at Verizon getting my phone taken care of.I asked the person who helped me 5 guys ot burger 21. He said he'd only ever had French fries at 5 guys so go burger 21, I did. I ordered a shroomburger with bacon. Didn't get the bacon, ordered 2 cookies. My total came to $19.76. I didn't want a beverage. He offered me one. It was bottles of things that I don't drink. I saw the fountain beverage when I was getting napkins, went back to the front counter to get a Coke. The gentleman at the front counter answered the phone, looked at me, walked into the kitchen and never came back out after 3 minutes I left. The burger was average at best. No bacon, nothing about this meal that was worth $19.76 I could have been just as happy with a whopper from Burger King. The entire time I was in the restaurant no one else that came in. I don't know. I give this place 18 months. Don't waste your time. Go to 5 guys.

We had the most delicious burgers with amazing sauce options!!! Great options for burgers- 11 of us and each got something delicious!!! We were rushing and they took excellent care to ensure our food was ready promptly and everyone left happy!

Great service and even better food! Food came out fast and was hot upon arrival. Good spot if you have a gluten intolerance/allergy, as they have gf buns and the fries are gluten free as well!

Place used to be ok. On my most recent visit however, I got ignored by a worker for some reason. 0 acknowledgement by staff upon entering the restaurant, like none. Had to flag down someone for service. Food was burnt. Plus how do you forget cheese on a kiddie cheeseburger. Had to add a slice at home. :/

Great burger. The “Southern Lucy” was incredible. I love the sauce choices. The restaurant is fairly clean — could be repainted. The team was quick and kind.

I have celiac disease, so their gluten friendly options are phenomenal. They have gluten free buns, separate grilling areas, and a seperate gluten free shake mixer. I have never once gotten sick after eating here. I come here so often, and I would trust this place with my life. They're my go to for burgers, especially if I don't want something too heavy or greasy, yet still want a burger and fries. Staff is always friendly, online pickup is always hassle free, and food is always delicious.
