Absolutely loved our visit to Byd’s Chicken Novi! We tried the sliders and tenders, and they were incredible — super juicy, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor. The chicken was cooked to perfection and every bite was delicious. The service was great and the vibe was fun. Definitely coming back again! 🔥🍗

I ordered on Doordash, driest chicken I’ve ever had; it felt having a dehydrated chicken. They were so stingy with sauce probably half a squish, well thats being very generous and whopping 2 pickles in the entire order 😂.

i stopped here to grab my late lunch early dinner my coworkers stopped and i ran in with them. Everyone was pleasant and super nice. They even give out first responder deals. There fried pickles are YUMMY!! Will definitely be stopping here when i'm on my shift

Chicken was good, we tired the grilled wrap, it wasnt bad but could have had some more seasoning to it. But I personally enjoy little more heat. Over all good places we would come back.

We stopped in while out on an adventure to find options to feed our high school golf team - we were staying in a local hotel - Jack greeted us, went over all of the menu options and gave us some great suggestions and appropriate options and portion sizes. He was kind and friendly and helpful! Thanks Jack!

So I wasn’t planning on leaving a review but let me preface this by saying the food was good, not amazing but good enough to warrant not going through the trouble of leaving a 4 star review online. Everything was very good but the chicken sandwich simply did not have enough meat, the fries portions were a bit small and part of the breading began to fall off the chicken. Again this was still a good sandwich but I’m just nitpicking here. The reason for the review is for the what I can almost describe as berating for their customers to leave a 5 star review. I saw the 4.9 and the number of reviews and understandably so expected an incredible meal. I know understand how they got these reviews and I’m leaving this review for 2 reasons: to taper the expectations for those expecting a religious experience at this restaurant, kidding of course, and let the owners know to take their foot off the gas a little with the review pushing. We were picking up our order with a reminder to leave a review if we like our food which is fine of course. Then while eating, we were then met by another worker who again told us to leave a review. It’s a lot and unnecessary, let your food speak for itself my friend. I only left you a 4 so this shouldn’t affect your average but hopefully the message will get across.

Good vibe, nice atmosphere. Chicken is really good it melts in your mouth. Be mindful of spice level we ordered one plain and still came spicy bc of sauce on top. They very nice to replace it for us.
