I usually go to the Carrabbas near Canton, but this is the first time ever going to the Carrabba‘s in Novi. Let’s just say huge disappointment, managers were kind of rude as well too. I heard one yelling at employee. Also, my meal just doesn’t look as the pictures and it was missing stuff. For the pricing and what I got its truly sad. I’ll let the pictures speak for itself.

We just celebrated our friend’s birthday there yesterday. Cameron was our server and deserves all the accolades for handling our party of 20 guests alone! We appreciate him and his determination to make sure we were great. He was attentive and kind. Great service! I will definitely be back and request him! Food was delicious. I ordered Chicken Bryan with Minestrone soup. And had a slither of my friends chocolate brownie dessert. Amazing!
Wheelchair accessibility: Our friend was able to sit with us at the table with the wheelchair in a comfortable space.
Wow so nice haven’t been in for a while and as a new diabetic to find all the menu items on a site with nutritional info was great!! Greeted immediately, server was super And salad, pasta served quickly all prices very reasonable and we will be back

Unfortunately, we have a bad experience all around. My husband and I order a glass of wine, we had to ask for them twice. My salad never came when my families had come. I had to ask for it. When my salad finally came so did our main meals except my daughter’s dinner. My husband’s order was completely wrong. When we could finally get the waitresses attention to let her know the order was wrong we had not received my daughter’s order still. The food was cold and very bland. We ended up canceling my daughter’s meal. She shared with me. We will not be returning. Best of luck

Unfriendly staff who don't want to help with takeout orders because they don't get tipped. Maybe pay your employees more that are doing the takeout or you'll lose business.

Food was very delicious and service was excellent! My server was Cameron. Had the trio combination app I believe it’s called and it was great. The cheesecake is to DIE for and even better than the Cheesecake Factory by FAR! I had the 9oz filet and forgot to take a picture but I ordered it medium rare and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection! A manager came by when I started eating and before I left. He was extremely polite and professional. Julian maybe? It my first time here and will definitely be back.
Considering that I got a reply from the restaurant, I want to say this. The food isn't bad, but neither good. Below average flavor. I've been twice and in both occasions the service was below average. The waiter was nice and kind, but he made LOTS of mistakes. Just few examples: One of the times he accidentally dropped a beer on the table. Didn't ask if I wanted another one. He just let it pass. During the same dinner, he didn't as me if I wanted cheese, I had to ask for it after he left and get back minutes later. The pasta was under salty and overcooked. All these are small things but those and others pilled up to a bad service.
Saddest Alfredo I have ever had in Carryout. This amount wouldn't even feed a child! It was mostly fettuccine and very little Alfredo. And not even warm when I got it. I get delivery allows for the temperature, the the actual food itself.... that's on the restaurant.

Gave this place a try for lunch and it’s safe to say I would not dine here again. The whole experience was weird. Not your typical restaurant service. One person took our order. A different person came and auctioned off our drinks. Someone else brought out bread. Then our food was auctioned off and I was handed a meal from a different table at first. My pasta was ok. My husband said his chicken was very salty. My daughter’s food was cold and she barely ate it. One thing of note though was I used the restroom twice while we were there. The first time I was hit with a terrible smell and chalked it up to someone might have just been in there. The second time the smell was still there and so powerful! Def a sewage problem or something. It was nasty! Bummer this was such a disappointing experience.

My husband had lasagna, and it was smothered in powdered parmesan cheese. It was literally poured on top and the base of the dish. They table smelled of the cheese. We also had Calamari, and it was doused in salt. I've been to other Carrabas and the food was great. Unfortunately, this one seemed to slop the food on the plate and overseasoned. On the other hand, the waitress was friendly and on top of any requests. We did not have to ask for refills on drinks, and she checked up on us often. The lasagna was complimentary, and we appreciate that, but we would have been happier if the cooks had prepared the dinner as if they were serving for themselves. My dinner was fine, but it was nothing I'd order again. I had Fetuccini Weezie. It was topped with a ton of chopped green onion that kind of took away from the dish, but it was still okay. Meh. Olive Garden would have been better. The atmosphere was fine, but the womens bathroom really smelled like an outhouse.
