Wasn’t expecting much, first time trying it. Food was hot and timing was spot on. Chicken was juicy and tender, they didn’t skimp on toppings, cheese was melted BEAUTIFULLY. It was sloppy enough to be fulfilling but not to the point where everything was spilling over. Every bite was worth it. Bread was buttery, vegetables still crisp and the overall filling ratio was impeccable. Counter area was clean, napkins and cutlery stocked.
Definitely give one of these subs a try, this won’t be my last time.

The worker with the necklace of the girl around his neck was more concerned about answering his phone, plugging his phone in, and catching attitude when a costumer asked a question instead of taking orders (which we wait 20mins to place an order when we were 2nd in line). I watched several workers moving extremely slow and not even helping out. The only young girl that worked her butt off was a girl with long hair that was put into a pony tail and had a nose piercing on each side of her nose. She was busting her butt while everyone else stood around, more concerned about other things, or just moving slow for no reason. This girl deserves a raise. I was here on Oct. 13 at 1:30.

The chicken HORRIBLE. They gave me maybe 20 fries. None of the employees spoke. One of the cooks was biting her nails. Extremely unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Barely any meat on the wings. A bunch of cartilage and fat. I will NEVER go here again.

Terrible experience. Run by the uneducated. Portion sizes are super small. I complained to try to let them make it right. They literally told me they don’t care.

Really, really rude staff, 1$ refills on a 2.50$ reg drink .. pathetic … and a 6pc wings I guess is only a 5pc when you get it,,, maybe they have counting issues??

I’m fairly confident during interviews the questions “can you provide good customer service, and are you competent enough to take someone’s order and get it right?” are asked and if answered no, they’re hired on the spot. Not sure how this location is still opened. Rude employees, and my order was wrong. When brought to their attention the employee got upset and started slamming things around and even got upset at the other 2 ladies in the back. Clearly the owner of this location couldn’t care less as they never address the numerous other negative reviews others have left, and continue to hire incompetent rude individuals.

Me my brother and dad all came to get us food and then they went yo in a disrespectful way.and then we went to order food and they didn’t even greet us so rude and toxic and to end it all we had to go order again because they didn’t listen and while we were there we asked for help and they didn’t come even the guy behind us told them to come and help us , they are terrible

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review but I need to warn anybody deciding to eat here to be very careful. On 8/5/2024 I stopped here to order wings and the wings were not cooked thoroughly.

The wings had no sauce and I could still see a lot of "Pink" and "raw meat" when I opened it. If I had not been paying attention, I could have been a victim of major food poisoning. When I brought this back to the attention of the "Cook", he got visibly upset. The Store Manager didn't help things either.

As a result, I warn anybody reviewing this to be very careful if you choose to eat here because the meat you order (chicken, steak, etc.) could be significantly undercooked and create health issues.

I think the Michigan Food & Safety Department should seriously investigate this establishment and I will be filing a compliant to hopefully have that investigation begin.

very very slow, was ran by a bunch of rude teenagers. very out of order, seemed as if they were almost confused. there was one person in line next to me, they received portions of their order at a time. ALSO there was a customer in line who was trying to order and he asked if the employee was going to take his order.. the employee responded back no very rudely and they started arguing back and forth.. as I get my food I already waited for about 30 minutes. I’m missing my cheese fries and I have hair on my chicken wings. they didn’t even hand me my drinks they just set them on the counter I had to reach for them myself. spent $50 for the customer service and food to be beyond terrible. over priced and very rude. WILL NOT be going back.

Food wasn't bad. Meat to bread ratio was off. They don't do free refills which sucked. Never been to a place that doesn't do refills. Staff was rude when I asked for a refill. That's unacceptable considering what they charge for a FOUNTAIN drink. Not coming back.

I just tried this place for the first time yesterday and had the worst customer service experience. The supposable manger Shay and her teammates were extremely rude when I asked questions regarding my order being wrong. They were super confrontational. When I called to speak with a different manager Shay the woman who claims to be one of the managers hung up in my face. I will never give this place my business on top of the fact that the food was disgusting. VERY GHETTO STAFF SMH. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Who’s the owner or manager? Ive been going to this location on and off for 4 months since i work in the mall. Never was greeted and food was never handled with care. Dont know who the manager is there since everyone is very immature that works there. Today will be my last day buying from them as they run a very ghetto and unprofessional establishment. Very disappointing from my people.

So Dirty place ? and Dirty people I was there for my pick up and order was Ready but I didn’t get help staff was taking Each other don’t care about customer and somebody came closer to me omg too bad smell at least take shower ? and I said I wait too long and want to fight with me bad communication skills owner need to think about business nasty place ???
