Went to this place on 09/21 order the BBQ wings, The cashier ask me if I wanted my change? I was lost for words. Yes, I want my three cents. The lady preparing my food was using her hands picking up the wings, I told the guy if that was my food that i didn't want it because she was using her hands and not them thongs that was next to her, The cashier told me that there policy is as long as they have on gloves and have not touch raw meat they can use their hands to pick up your cooked meat, I don't know about anyone else but that is just nasty and unsanitary. Lesson of the day always watch who is preparing your food. Do not Eat here. For that I give no stars

Food was decent, but wrong. Kind of weird because we saw them go back and make my wifes sandwich again, and they still got it wrong. Many other customers had their order wrong too. If you ask me, there was a bit of lack of management, and most everybody just standing in the back watching screens not really doing much aside from the cook. Too many Cook's in the kitchen is a problem, especially when they're miscommunicating all the time. It was constant communication between them saying that they were out of chicken, but kept trying to sell it. Staff was either just not there in the moment, or passive-aggressive to most people that were picking up their food. I try not to review like this, but damn this was bad.

Had guests from Texas visiting and wanted to try. Their order was fine….but my Simple order of fries was not!!!! Waited 15+ min for them, asked SPECIFICALLY ABOUT THE seasoning if it was SPICY, girl said “NO”. Well it definitely was to me!! So with tears running down my face from my reaction to the spice, I returned to counter and asked her again. Her response was it’s not spicy to her!!! I’m a senior 72’ yr old and was going back and forth with the spicy issue! I could not eat them. When I asked for the manager, she said she was the Manager..Really??? Finally received some help from a man not on counter, who seemed to be more mature and mannered. He offered a replacement fry..The group of other workers seemed to get a rise out of that. I felt totally disrespected by those kids. Never, Ever again!!!! If she is a Manager, then I am so sorry for Charley’s!!! Twelve Oaks Mall, food court,

First I got ignored for the first 5 minutes of me waiting at the counter because there was no line. Once I finally order I'm waiting on the food. I come back to the counter to check and I'll find out they're not even making the food. Even the cashier forgot I ordered.
