Waited a long time to be seated on a Monday night while it wasn't busy and you could clearly see empty tables.

My girlfriend and I stood at the hostess area for 10 minutes waiting to be seated and no one to greet us. The bar tender and a waiter saw us standing there and didn't even look In our direction. Two other couples left out frustration and they only had 4 tables to serve. I will never go back!!!

Decent food and drinks; just like every other Chili across the country. This location, like so many others, is suffering from understaffing. There was a bartender who could see customers as they came in, but he never once greeted anyone or said that someone would be with them soon. We sat in the bar and we observed three servers working, including our own. Our server was handling tables all over the restaurant. Patrons were coming in, only to be ignored for long periods of time. Some just left, others complained to no avail. Then, for reasons I cannot fathom, the bartender left and our server had to make drinks for the entire restaurant while also handling a third of the tables. Management needs to seriously rethink how this place is run.

It's fine? I guess?Food is very microwaved in texture. Even fried foods are gummy-like in consistency, and I'm fairly confident the food we ordered was expired in some way as it has an acrid sour flavor on the back end of it's chew.Very understaffed, waited roughly 30 minutes while there were only 2 tables seated. Our waitress was nice at least.

Very good food, menu variety to pick from is quite nice, the decor is nice, modern, well kept, clean.Post covid they are short staffed and slow as a result but the staff are courteous and friendly.Would definitely recommend a visit.

Seems staff were confused on new happy hour pricing, they presumed hh prices went up by 1$, however the website says otherwise based on location. Seemed to be confusion with manager about what a domestic vs “premium” (aka craft) draft was. Maybe just training issues. Bartender rang in wrong prices but he was new and learning, so no big deal. In the end, manager adjusted my tab and nobody gave an attitude about correcting the price so that rectified it for me. Food was good, but chili queso used to be better quality.If I were to have a negative statement about staff, I would just suggest a better team behavior. The bartender that was clearly a staff member for much longer came in after the person who was working morning/afternoon (the new 2 week old bartender). He was clearly struggling while she was doing dishes and keeping up with some well drinks. Bar tables were not getting greeted (they said 10 min had passed) and they were complaining. She never asked me if I needed anything or was doing okay, while standing right in front of me and looked down the whole time. (My drinks were empty and I needed boxes. Wasn’t angry, but I could have been better.)

Terrible experience. Waited 7 minutes at the door before we were even acknowledged. Got seated, sat at the table for 10 minutes, never greeted or acknowledged, it wasn’t until I was on the way to the bathroom with my child that Erin our waitress asked us what we wanted to drink. Come back out another 5-10 minutes pass before she brings us the wrong drinks lol, she apologizes, tell us she has to run her food she’ll fix the drinks and come back to take our order. That again takes another 10 minutes. We ordered an app, three meals for the table and a carry out order. Food came out quick, but of course was wrong, she brought one of the carry out orders to my step daughter to eat not the food she ordered. Gets better after 5 minutes waiting for her to come back i finally get up flag her down, she comes to the table (my food is cold, I didn’t want to eat and she didn’t have her food I was ready for a box at this point) tell her our problem once again, she gets it fixed. Kids finish eating I’m ready for boxes and a bill and my carry out order. Erin told me she’ll give me my carry out order once I pay the bill. Idk what type of policy that is, but whatever. She tells me the bill is on the handheld device on the table, it wasn’t on there and we waited 15 more minutes for her to come back, comes back give her the money for the bill. Brings the carry out order of course I had to check the bag she’s been messing things up all night. Of course it’s missing food and it’s the wrong side (paid for loaded fries), she threw the old loaded fries that the cheese was burnt and hard from sitting in the window in the box :(. Literally threw, they were folded up looked awful. Then I was missing my southwest egg rolls, she tried to give me the money back. I didn’t accept because I wanted the egg rolls, had to wait for those to come up. I asked for extra side of Alfredo she brought Caesar and ranch dressing. After all of that being said, I’m not mad at Erin, I still tipped her 20% and stayed friendly & patient. I’m upset with management & the staff as a whole. They watched her struggle, nobody stepped in helped her. Whenever she asked the cooks for missing food, it was never here you go, they challenged everything she requested. Lastly as a management team, if you see a server having constant issues and or mistakes with a table shouldn’t you get involved and try to resolve the issue, or even an apology for my many inconveniences? Then when I called they asked me, did you ask to see a manager? Maybe I should of but maybe management needs to be more involved with how the restaurant is being operated.

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all I understand everyone is short staffed. We own a small business, and know what it's like. So when we were told the wait would be over an hour we were very understanding. My problem is my children, and my friends children were tired and hungry. They were laughing at each other. Not being overly loud. The manager would roll his eyes every time he walked by. After a two hour wait we were finally seated. It took another 30 minutes to get waited on by our waitress. We watch her serving others while we sat. People that were seated after us, we're waited on and got their food before us. When we did get our food it was cold, and horrible. I would have never expected this from a Chili's. The Chili's by us is the opposite of this one. I paid my bill, because I wanted to leave, and at that point we've been there for four hours. I highly recommend you to avoid this Chili's at all cost. the staff were rude, and the food was horrible. Avoid at all cost. I would recommend the McDonald's across the street. At least you know your food will taste good and there is no wait.

The past 3 times I have ordered carry out from this Chili's, they have messed up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. I always have to go in there and let them know that one or more items are missing from my order. Do they even read the order receipts? I don't think I'm ever gonna order from this location again.

This place gets 2 stars only because our server was good! Unfortunately she was in training and her trainer didn't show up, so she got stuck brand new by herself on the floor and no other servers. ANYWAY, that's not the issue. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. I had to wipe my own table and chairs because how nasty it was, crud all over the menus, trash everywhere in the parking lot. I understand staff shortages, but there is NO excuse as to why a restaurant that serves food should be this nasty. If the front was this gross, I can only imagine how gross the kitchen is. The wipes in the pictures I posted are from cleaning just 1 area where my baby was sitting.

Literally so unclean only one server in the whole place took us 20 minutes to even get seated and drinks where watered down and gross. Never will come back!

My friend and I went in at 6:20 we were told it would be a short wait and to sit. We than waited 10 minutes and 2 other groups of 3 came in and were seated before us. Had to go up and ask for a seat. Than waited another 15 to order drinks and that took 20 minutes. Mind you about 5 tables were in there at this time. We than waited another 20 to order. As we are waiting for our appetizer we were waiting 20 minutes. By 8:30 we still had no food and my friends appetizer was still not there. We did not get our food till 8:50 and half of it was not even there. We were so beyond upset. The waiting staff was not on the same page half were saying they are not taking din in and half were taking people to tables. Our waitress kept telling everyone the kitchen was behind and hour and then kept say the manager finally stepped in and said something. By the end of our meal we were not even hungry and we’re just upset at how the place ran. I love this place and this was by far the worst experience at a restaurant in my life. Very unhappy at how unorganized it was and how no communication was given to the people eating here and the staff.

Horribly slow. Wasn't busy either so no excuse there. Food orders were both wrong and they were not special orders either. Honey Chipotle crisper came out plain and the mushrooms. And Swiss burger came with fries instead of mashed potatoes. Never asked about a refill and then took forever with out bill as it wasn't on their Ying on the table. Not a great experience.

I was MORTIFIED with the experience here. Completely disorganized, dirty, and managers have no idea what is happening. I was here for THREE HOURS and had to request to leave because we hadn’t gotten our food yet, just the appetizer. Manager told us it was the food runners fault and then the manager yelled at the food runner in front of the guests. I felt so bad for her. Horrible management. This place needs to close.
