The employee preparing my wife’s burrito was spilling food everywhere and leaving the entire prep counter a mess. The rolling on the burrito was extremely rushed and messy, with leftover food from other orders being stuck to it. The burrito fell apart as she ate due to poor wrapping

If you are ordering online they fill your food less than half in a bowl, before leaving store please check k the food. They Dnt clean the store in timely manner and they dnt refill utensils and the untensils placed was unhygienic. Over all 1 star rating for the store and the staff. My wife ordered online and I ordered in-store to check the food quantity, it’s way more if you order instore. And the price is less compared to online

I’ve been a regular customer at Chipotle, but my recent experience was disappointing. The portion sizes have noticeably decreased, and the food quality has been inconsistent. It feels like they are cutting corners, which is frustrating considering the price. I had an encounter with an employee whose behavior seemed discriminatory. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of who they are. Customer service should be welcoming and inclusive, but unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.
I hope Chipotle addresses these concerns. Improving portion sizes and ensuring staff are properly trained in customer service.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The main girl who makes everyone’s food (she’s there almost everyday) is incredibly rude. She has zero manners, shorts you on everything, and looks like she hates her job. After all is said and done they ring you up for the almost laughable portion size they give you, and it’s usually around $15 for a bowl. Hope they replace the entire staff here or this location goes out of the business.

Awesome experience. All the negative reviewers are false I've never had a bad time here. Also I noticed the new GM named D'Mahrya cooking then prepping then some how managed to ring me out at the register! She had a very positive attitude and was very efficient. Thank you D'Mahrya and the rest of the staff. :)
