Absolutely horrendous food service. 1+ hr for just french fries. Has happened more than twice now. Once when there was no more than 20 people in. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Clean space. Great chicken wings. Nice restrooms. Plenty of activities for all ages. Which is great when you have to take a teenager to a toddlers birthday party. They also made certain to check the hands stamps on the kids as we left the building. Unfortunately they were understaffed, but they didn't let it show in their attitude or service.

I was believed to be the very first guest when this location opened in July 2002. Over the years this location is still ranked the best in Metro Detroit. I highly recommend parents take there children there to visit. Way to go Novi Michigan #331.

Perfect for a kids birthday party! They do a good job. I'm just not a fan of the pizza.
Took my son and nephew here for an afternoon play time we bought food and play time we Finnished our hour play time any our food wasn’t even done.!! We asked how much longer they said an 30mins, mind you we were already there for an hour… we asked for our money back on our food and the employees handed it me but not before rolling her eyes and being plain rude. Never again going back horrible place…

This place is the worst. The employees have terrible attitudes. And my last visit here will be just that, my last visit. My daughter tried to redeem her tickets for a toy she wanted. They said they didn’t have any yet the bins in the show case were full of the toys she wanted . Both the associate and manager claimed they couldn’t open the show case when I literally saw the manager slide the door to one of them. What is the point of displaying tons of these different toys of the show case cannot be opened? I find it hard to believe there’s no way to get them open. On top of that the ticket count for the prizes available is utterly ridiculous. We will not be returning.

Don’t come here unless you have hours to kill. Waited in line just to get checked in for 40 minutes. Ordered pizza waited at least an hour, for pizza, at a pizza establishment, it’s still not ready as I write this review. My kids are starving and it’s bed time. Horribly mismanaged.

Me and my family always go to this location I was having trouble with my pass and the cashier who was up front she didn’t look like she wanted to help to so I went into the back and ask a manager his name was lamer he was so kind and helpful I use to go to the one in Roseville but novi is my favorite location because of lamer
