Absolutely horrendous food service. 1+ hr for just french fries. Has happened more than twice now. Once when there was no more than 20 people in. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Clean space. Great chicken wings. Nice restrooms. Plenty of activities for all ages. Which is great when you have to take a teenager to a toddlers birthday party. They also made certain to check the hands stamps on the kids as we left the building. Unfortunately they were understaffed, but they didn't let it show in their attitude or service.

I was believed to be the very first guest when this location opened in July 2002. Over the years this location is still ranked the best in Metro Detroit. I highly recommend parents take there children there to visit. Way to go Novi Michigan #331.

Took my son and nephew here for an afternoon play time we bought food and play time we Finnished our hour play time any our food wasn’t even done.!! We asked how much longer they said an 30mins, mind you we were already there for an hour… we asked for our money back on our food and the employees handed it me but not before rolling her eyes and being plain rude. Never again going back horrible place…
