Had a hard piece of plastic in my roll today. I didn't see it until I got to school. Thank god I caught it before anything happened.

The hotel was probably great in its day but that day has passed. The hotel needs an upgrade. The employees were helpful and friendly. After getting in the shower I discovered there was no shampoo so had to get out dry off and go down to get shampoo then go back to finish my shower. The elevators were a joke. They could take up 5 minutes to come to the main floor. Most people took the stairs. I am 74 years old and use a cane and I was reduced to taking the stairs. Fortunately we were on the second floor.
Not honoring nurses week 2025. Don’t waste your time. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

They charge you double the cost if you request a fresh box of Cinnabons to go? They just want to get rid of the old ones first. Anything fresh at any franchise all you have to do is wait. These guys want to charge double for fresh. Never heard of this logic before we have been to other Cinnabon locations and we never encountered this issue. We still got a few individual Cinnabons and they were dry and barely any frosting was given.

The large roll I ordered was lukewarm and crusting on the top. Prices have definitely gone up, $7.39 per roll and forced gratuity of 18% and up (other did not work). This is not a sit down restaurant where servers are making 2 and 3 dollars an hour. Tip is supposed to help supplement server wages. Paying $52.98 for a 6 pack of boxed rolls, one to share and 2 extra frosting cups is nuts. Never again.

Shout out to Kiante! He is always friendly and patient . I watched him go out of his way to help a customer who did not speak English well to select the coffee syrup . Yes, there is always a line at this location, but I feel like they are really efficient and I have never had any issues with my pretzel or cinnamon roll. I will continue to frequent this business .

Asked for a 6 pack cinabon, dude said wait let me check if there are any, he goes to the back and brings me a box I said these look old, can I have the fresh ones at the window? (There were 6 ) He said no and grabbed me another box of cinabons that looks dry

Bad service today! I’m 7months pregnant, I been caving for some minibon roll btw it’s so good but i didn’t like the young short lady with curly hair. She was rude and rolled her eyes while placing my order. It’s was my husband and I first time coming here trying the minibon roll. I’m definitely not coming back.

Ordered a 6 pack from Doordash all were clearly underbaked, like dough color and cold when I got them. Please fire your managers and rehire. 35$ for undercooked trash such a shame.

I do not live in the area so when I travel this way (Novi) I always stop. I checked to what time closing was and they were not supposed to close until 6 - As I was getting in line at 5:20, an employee told me they were already closed. At first I was thinking they were short staffed but I seen 5 employees soI’m not sure why they were already closed before the listed closing time at 6.

Worst place ever! They refused to make me a 4 pack.
Went in at 6:30 pm before close. Asked for a 4 pack and 15. The guy said he couldn't sell me them. I said ok how many Carmel pecan do you have? He says 4 but you'll have to buy them individually so instead of $23 he charged me almost $32. Then I asked what else can I buy since you don't seem to have anything I'm asking for... a rude teenager named Sarah jumps in and says anything right here with an attitude. So I say ok give me the 6 classic in which she says no that's not fair to the customers behind you.... um what??? I was here 1st? You're refusing sales, charging me way more than the normal price for a box and reducing the amount I can buy??? She says I can buy a box of cold ones. I said give me corporates number. She snarkly says oh you're one of them. What a disgusting and trashy establishment!!! I should sue ya'll for discrimination and over charging me!!!
