The large roll I ordered was lukewarm and crusting on the top. Prices have definitely gone up, $7.39 per roll and forced gratuity of 18% and up (other did not work). This is not a sit down restaurant where servers are making 2 and 3 dollars an hour. Tip is supposed to help supplement server wages. Paying $52.98 for a 6 pack of boxed rolls, one to share and 2 extra frosting cups is nuts. Never again.

Shout out to Kiante! He is always friendly and patient . I watched him go out of his way to help a customer who did not speak English well to select the coffee syrup . Yes, there is always a line at this location, but I feel like they are really efficient and I have never had any issues with my pretzel or cinnamon roll. I will continue to frequent this business .

Asked for a 6 pack cinabon, dude said wait let me check if there are any, he goes to the back and brings me a box I said these look old, can I have the fresh ones at the window? (There were 6 ) He said no and grabbed me another box of cinabons that looks dry

Bad service today! I’m 7months pregnant, I been caving for some minibon roll btw it’s so good but i didn’t like the young short lady with curly hair. She was rude and rolled her eyes while placing my order. It’s was my husband and I first time coming here trying the minibon roll. I’m definitely not coming back.

Ordered a 6 pack from Doordash all were clearly underbaked, like dough color and cold when I got them. Please fire your managers and rehire. 35$ for undercooked trash such a shame.

I do not live in the area so when I travel this way (Novi) I always stop. I checked to what time closing was and they were not supposed to close until 6 - As I was getting in line at 5:20, an employee told me they were already closed. At first I was thinking they were short staffed but I seen 5 employees soI’m not sure why they were already closed before the listed closing time at 6.

Went in at 6:30 pm before close. Asked for a 4 pack and 15. The guy said he couldn't sell me them. I said ok how many Carmel pecan do you have? He says 4 but you'll have to buy them individually so instead of $23 he charged me almost $32. Then I asked what else can I buy since you don't seem to have anything I'm asking for... a rude teenager named Sarah jumps in and says anything right here with an attitude. So I say ok give me the 6 classic in which she says no that's not fair to the customers behind you.... um what??? I was here 1st? You're refusing sales, charging me way more than the normal price for a box and reducing the amount I can buy??? She says I can buy a box of cold ones. I said give me corporates number. She snarkly says oh you're one of them. What a disgusting and trashy establishment!!! I should sue ya'll for discrimination and over charging me!!!

About 15 ppl in line and the gal (jane)making the cinnabon only had to frost them. She would stop and go start helping someone put pepperoni on pretzels and other things that didnt take two ppl. We waited a total of 40 minutes Thats my fault. Then she had the cinnabon pans in her hand walked half way to the counter stopped went and set them back down and then went and started doing smething else . Another girl played on her apple watch more than she was working. The gentleman at the counter seemed to be the only person with work ethic and a clue.

Placed a catering order for $200 worth of cinnamon rolls to be picked up at 10:45am. When I arrived (30 mins after scheduled pick up time) the person “helping” me was extremely nonchalant and did not have any care when she told me they would not be done for another hour - a total of 1.5 hours later then the original pick up time that was scheduled. When I said I would just prefer to get my money back because I could not wait an hour she seemed very annoyed, pressed some buttons on the screen handed me a receipt that showed my order was voided and walked away, not even a fake apology for wasting my time or making me have to scramble to find an alternative treat on such short notice. Very disappointing service not to mention my customers were excited to have Cinnabon cinnamon rolls today! Will not be using them for catering services again in the future!

Went to this location today to get my birthday coupon cashed in. It was for a small drink. After waiting in line for half hour with my daughter was met by associate at register with the dry, low-toned, non-inviting, distressed - we don't take Cinnabon app coupons, only auntie annez coupons - I tried to save her from drowning in her own misery by replying - I came here last year and was perfectly fine getting the offer accepted! My response was net with inattentive - I have only been working here for few weeks, I can't help.... I had nothing left in me to keep it going - left thirsty and deleted the coupon! Way to celebrate birthday....
