Great ice creams and perfect location!

But extremely disappointing customer service. Staff were rude, disinterested, and showed no respect toward customers.

Management seriously needs to address this issue.

The management here dosent order the products for the limited items like the Boo Batter, no orange cones, no halloween sprinkles, and yet want to still charge an extremely high premium for the limited item to be made incorrectly... it makes absolutely no sense.

An employee Came in today to order ice cream The young lady called the owner /manager he was rude racist disrespectful wanted me pay for ice cream that I had a credit for . The employees seem afraid and scared of him
He didn’t want me have his name I’m sure is racist self would read this review. I wanted my money back I will be contacting the better business bureau and my bank .

Came in today to use a credit I received for two ice creams since my last two waffle cones were old and stale. Got to register so I could use my credit. Cashiers let me know since it’s been over 30 days, credit is no longer valid. Even though I was told by manager Cait to come in next time and use my credit, employee calls owner /manager as he is talking to me very rudely, aggressively, has a horrible attitude, and you can tell he is racist. Let’s me know your credit is no longer valid. I can only give you one ice cream for free when I paid for 2 ice creams. He told me, “Do you want them or not? I won’t be giving you anything.” Refused to give his name. Horrible customer service. Ice cream is not even worth the amount being charged.

Prob the worst customer service I have ever had in any restaurant. My cream sandwich was completely melted and when I brought it back, Chanel mocked and laughed at me as well as the other team members. She refused to give me anything else or any type of refund. Stated she spoke to an owner who told her not to give me anything. This is by far ridiculous and I will submit this to corporate as well. Unethical and rude.

Horrible experience! Very rude customer service. The server Laura was unprofessional, argumentative and unable to meet customer service. I asked the manager to watch video surveillance to understand the care not attitude the girls are providing and arguing with customers. I was shocked to read so many people complaining the same thing on Google reviews.

We had a 20 percent coupon and a $66 order but the register was computing only $1.50 off. What type of operation are they running? Girls working there did not seem to care at all. Simply replied “ that has been happening all day”. Such a shame!

Very bad customer service. The associate made my cookie dough ice cream all wrong, it was so bad that I just got back in line for someone else to make it the correct way. Same associate told me that she made it the way I asked for it and was very nasty with her remarks. In addition, there was a lobby full of patrons eating their ice cream, yet all the associates were in the back, no where to be found when we needed something simple, like a lid for our leftover ice cream. Won’t be back.

Had an incident with Manager Katie today. She is rude, aggressive, violent and unhinged by an upset customer. She refused to apologize for her nasty behaviour. I’ll be taking this incident as far as I can to corporate, I’ve got all the proofs I need. Seems from the comment section the owner doesn’t really care for who’s managing the store and how rude their staff is, this seems to be an old problem.
