The staff seem scattered and all over the place whenever I go there but other than that I have pleasant experiences.

Frankie catered my event. He was very professional and arrived on time with all the ice cream we had ordered.Ice cream was absolutely delicious.I would definitely recommend their catering service.

I have never been treated so rudely by an entire staff at an ice cream shop. I took my grandson for ice cream after an escape room He eight years old and he even noticed how unprofessional this staff was. You could tell that they did not want to be there working on a Friday night or at all for that matter. I had four people in my group and they got three of our orders wrong. There were three different people preparing our orders. The orders were not complicated, pretty basic. Then we had to stand at the cash register for at least 10 minutes to pay, we could have walked out with our ice cream, and they would not have even noticed. Granted it was a busy night. However, these employees should not be in the service industry, do better cold stone and hire a better staff.

I haven't been to a Cold Stone Creamery in a long time but my friends wanted to go. We walk in and a teenaged worker is picking his pimples and then asks us what we want. Ew! We let the people behind us go first and then someone else helped us. We ordered the medium Oreo overload in a waffle cone. It was $7.50 + $2.00 for the ice cream and waffle cone!!!!!!!! That's so overpriced!! The ice cream and Oreo wasn't mixed well but it did taste good. The waffle cone was kind of soggy.

lady giving out ice cream was so rude. i served for four years and worked till 1 am almost every night and was never that rude or visibly upset. if you don’t know how to act then don’t work in customer service.
Great flavors! Many options for a small ice cream company. A little pricey but it's just a small business trying to get by! Love it

I'm not one for being pissed, but damn. How can you ruin my night so quickly? Please when I put Almondmilk chocolate ice cream how that results to lemon sherbet? I now have a 23 dollar carton of lemon sherbet with cookie dough, chocolate shaving, and Reeces. You were probably looking to not have the refund go through so you threw tonight some s*** for me. Thanks!
