This is by far this WORST place EVER.! Please stay far far away from this place Cottage Inn on 10 mile in Novi inside the shopping center two doors down from Domino's. Not only are they rude but the owner who wears baggy, dirty clothes and curse like a sailor will Try to RIP YOU OFF. The police literally had to be called for them the give my money that they took and refused to give back. Even told me they couldn't pull up the transactions and to get out of their store. Only for them to try and offer the money to me ONCE the police arrived. He lied and told them on the phone oh we have someone up we need serious back up this person is going to be a problem ( because I was black ). Not knowing I was recording him the entire time calmly against the wall. Horrible people, Horrible Establishment.!

My girlfriend and I both love Cottage Inn pizza, it’s easily our favorite chain pizza spot. We ordered a large pep and innstix at 5:20pm for an arrival time of 6:30pm for the start of a sporting event as we are sick of cooking this week. Our pizza arrived at 5:40pm, 50 minutes early and neither the innstix or pizza were even warm and it was the WRONG pizza anyways. Both items had to have been pre cooked for the day and sitting out waiting to be ordered by someone and we happened to be the lucky buyers. On top of that, we’ve both been feeling under the weather the past few days and asked in the “special instructions” section if they could leave it at the door and honk when they left. Instead, the driver called the number given and asked for me to come out to him so he could hand it to me. Very, very disappointed and won’t be ordering from this Cottage Inn again. For the price of our cold meal, we recommend Primos Pizza for anyone reading this. Better price, far better pizza.

Ordered all meat recieved onions peppers mushrooms and a panic at the door. This driver was pounding ringing the bell yelling into the house my daughter is sleepin I was literally going to pull out my wallet to tip more than the Doordarsh tip when I realized this location is farther away then the one intended to order from but he was just panicking to leave for some reason maybe because he knew the toppings were wrong so the Doordash tip is what he got i didnt have time to get a word out. I heard his car door when he arrived I jumped up to come downstairs and boy did he beat me to the door. Lol. Lady on phone 10 stars though.

Not sure what has happened to this location but the quality of our pizza was nothing like in the past. We ordered the Chicken Mediterranean. The crust was thin and doughy as though it hadn’t been cooked enough. Previously there were pieces of chicken, now it is ground chicken and rather sparse. Although we picked it up within the 20 minutes they said it would be ready, it was cold. So disappointed. Cottage Inn has been a favorite for years, afraid we won’t be back.

We used the android app to order 2 pizzas and breadsticks. I picked up the order as scheduled, and it was ready. The pizzas were hot and tasty, but the regular crusts were thick, very doughy, and super filling. In addition, the toppings on the vegetarian pizza were very sparse. We decided we prefer the regular crust at a competitor pizza chain and will try them next.
Always get my pizza from here, best around hand down

My fiancé and I got a large order of breadsticks, two garlic cream cheese, a 6" meatball sub, and a small chicken artichoke pizza. I really just wanted the breadsticks but wanted to take the chance at trying a different pizza than I normally get and also wanted to try one of their subs. It was worth it. Food arrived hot and fresh. I knew they were busy so them being a little "late" did not bother me. Delivery driver was very pleasant and apologetic for the wait. Everything was so good and just how I expected it to be.
