Called the store and spoke with the manager. This was the 4th time we've ordered for delivery and we never received our milk that we ordered. 3 times on the app 1 time with Grub Hub. The manager played the blame game on the app, corporate, driver then said he had no record of our order. We just ordered it 30 minutes ago. I was told I could come up and get my milk. I explained I was not going to drive 30 minutes at 915 at night for a milk. That's why we ordered delivery. VERY poor customer service on his part, his attitude clearly was he just didnt care. Hes just a guy making cookies I guess. I told him we just know now to never order any extras. Its the point, not the milk.

Donât love that I placed an order (and paid for it) at least 20 minutes before I picked it up. Arrived and watched the lady ordering get two of the kinds of cookies I had ordered. Tell them Iâm there for pickup and they are suddenly out of those cookies. When someone places an order and pays, shouldnât you set those cookies aside before you sell any more? I better get the refund.
UPDATE: I walked away with no cookies. The guy I talked to said it would be refunded. Over a week later, I am still disputing this $50+ charge with my credit card. Will NEVER go back again and further, will NEVER recommend this location. Very disappointing experience.

Sure the cookies are goodâŠbut we waited 45 minutes for a dozen cookies, and after 35 minutes we asked and realized that they gave our cookies to someone who ordered 6 cookies. The employee then said âwhy did you let them do thatâ! đ€Ż!!
Itâs one thing to have poor service, itâs a whole new level to blame the customer who has no idea who ordered what. Crazy, and this is the last time weâll come here.

Honestly the food was not as good as I expected but I'm very picky about my cookies. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the people were friendly so I would rate it above average but not excellent
Vegetarian options: I was there when they very first opened so maybe they didn't have everything just the way they wanted.
