I don’t come here very often, but when I do, the cookies are always fresh and taste good. However, I had a bad experience yesterday when I walked in the music was so loud I literally had to yell over the company I was with in order for any of us to hear anything. There was an employee just lounging on the counter watching us walk in as well, who made no move to turn the music down. They didn’t turn it down until about two-three minutes after we were in the store, and it still remained at a high level. I get having a bad day or whatever, but this was just a terrible way to walk in. On the contrary to that, though, two employees that I didn’t catch their name of was very helpful and helped me and my friend out when we had issues with the card reader. Not sure if I’ll be back, though. The loud blaring music ruined the experience for me.

Crumbl is always a fun treat! The cookies are big, soft, and full of flavor — definitely made for sharing (or not, no judgment). The rotating weekly flavors keep things interesting, and the presentation is top-notch. Some flavors can be very sweet, so a little goes a long way, but overall it’s a great place to grab something special. The pink box makes it feel like a gift every time!

I got the chocolate chip cookie thins. They're described as delicately crisp cookies with caramelized edges. They weren't crisp at all. I would describe them as floppy. Also, the edges weren't caramelized because the cookies weren't crisp. I threw them away. Very disappointing
