Sure the cookies are good…but we waited 45 minutes for a dozen cookies, and after 35 minutes we asked and realized that they gave our cookies to someone who ordered 6 cookies. The employee then said “why did you let them do that”! 🤯!!
It’s one thing to have poor service, it’s a whole new level to blame the customer who has no idea who ordered what. Crazy, and this is the last time we’ll come here.

Justin the manager is horrible!! Ordered through the app for delivery. They didn't fill the order when I placed stated he was too busy. They sold the raspberry cheesecake cookies to some else. Then just hung up on me

Honestly the food was not as good as I expected but I'm very picky about my cookies. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the people were friendly so I would rate it above average but not excellent
Vegetarian options: I was there when they very first opened so maybe they didn't have everything just the way they wanted.

Peppermint brownie and cookies for the week were delicious.
These cookies are under cooked and taste like a blob of sugar! Chocolate has no chocolate flavor, taste like sugar only.

Do not waste your money at this location. The general manager is rarely there. The store is being run by children. Every time I get cookies from this store there is an issue. Either a missing component or as you can see in my picture sloppy construction.
I actually call the store last night and all I got were excuses from the team lead. In addition when I made it clear I was not accepting excuses from him he hung up in my face!! How rude. I will never go to this location again and my recommendation to corporate would be to shut it down.
I called to talk to the manager before posting this review and the manager is gone for the day at 1:30 PM and will not be back until Monday so I will be trying to get in touch with the district manager, regional manager and make a corporate complaint.
