Ordered a cake batter cookie dough blizzard and they made a regular cookie dough blizzard with sprinkles. I begrudgingly ate all of it and I can’t get those calories back

Then they made mint shake and gave shake as extra to peopleWho came in after us.Manager says it's recommended to waitAt counter for drinks after they gave mine away. Then attitude from managerAbout me asking where mine was.I suggest going somewhere different for your desserts.

The service here is outstanding. Hanna and Todd showed friendly and professional service. Before I ordered, i told them about my fruit allergies to anything in the orange family. They understood and showed me that they could still make incredible treats. Other fruits I'm good with except oranges. Time after time they delivered.A couple of weeks ago, though, I noticed these cakes they have in the freezer. I told them I'll be ordering in the future for my mom birthday may 29. After a couple of weeks my sis told me she'll buy the cake from somewhere else. I said ok cool. But when my mombirthday came up she forgot to buy the cake. So I was furious and called an audible and drove 40 min Detroit to Novi. Thankfully, the same woman was there, Hanna. That took care of me before. I told her about my situation and she took action. She quickly put some writing on the cake for me. I paid for the cake and wow, it looked great. Now, from one of the photos, a couple of pieces were slightly removed, that's only because I was carrying the cake in the house. But we tore it up. Taste great, smooth vanilla ice cream with strawberries and shortcake pieces. My mom loved it. Thank you, Todd and Hanna, for everything. I love you guys. Once again, you save me.

My kids were all over the place tossing out so many orders that the employees made extra ice reams they didn't want and forgot some they did. Totally handle it so cool and made them the correct ones for no extra charge and let them keep the others. The place is clean and spacious. Totally recommend.
