Great bobba tea
My family is in town, I was excited for them to try Ding Tea. My sister was picking up food around the area and to make things more convenient I wanted to do a call ahead order so she could just pick up and go.
When I called they said they didn’t do call ahead orders. They only did online orders. But when you go online it says the door dash option is temporarily closed. So my sister said, she would order in person. When she did order in person, the person at the tea house made the order incorrectly. My sister got the size wrong, toppings weren’t added even though that’s what was asked.
Then when I called ahead about all of the mistakes, she dismissed me, and hung up.
I go here regularly and normally don’t have any issues but this time and today, I was particularly not pleased.
It’s always lovely to get bubble tea here.

I really want to love it. It tastes great, but what you get for the price has made it where I won’t be back. This is the first time I’ve ever had something like this, and the first time I went I couldn’t wait to come back. I got a version of the milk tea with boba. I went back, and tried a different version, but I wanted just a little less boba. So I ordered a different version, but with light boba. After holding mine and my wife’s side by side, they both had the same amount of boba.I don’t think the boba is horrible, but I felt like I couldn’t just drink my drink and enjoy it without have a bunch of boba to chew on.So I went again and ordered a small with no boba. It felt like two sips and it was gone. I decided next time I’ll order a large, no boba, light ice. So the next time that is what I went with.I get my large with light ice and I see it’s about a half inch from the top. I started drinking it when I left. It was gone before I got a mile down the road. I looked at how much ice, and it was about 3/4 of the cup full. When I got home I decided to see just how much drink I got. I filled an 8oz glass of water and dumped it in. It filled it right to where it was when I bought it.So I paid $5 for a large, requested light ice, on got an 8oz beverage. As great as it tastes, I won’t be back.

Quaint and auspicious shop for local teas and smells of fresh boba. Greeted upon entry and served right away. No waiting! They have recently switched to paper cups rather than plastic, and I appreciate their attention to global responsibility. Will definitely visit again and again.

Used to be a regular at this place until they started putting ice in the drinks with no option to opt it out. The boba gets stuck underneath the ice and ruins the whole experience.
Great drinks! My boyfriend and I love this place. 3 stars because they’re constantly running out of the toppings we want. We asked for a refund entirely once after ordering through clover and I never received it. Sucks but not the end of the world.
