I don’t know when Dunkin’ Donuts donuts started tasting like cardboard like Tim Hortons donuts and the iced coffee was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted learned my lesson won’t be back

I had the most amazing experience at this Dunkin Location thanks to Prav she has such great energy, such great communication skills and super helpful. She has no problem answering any questions asked overall such a great experience thanks to prav We’ll definitely be visiting again!!!!

8/27/25 Update: Gave them another shot.... 2 wrong drinks & the incorrect sandwich... DO NOT!!!
Drove out of my way to go to a different DD as the one by me is the worst one I’ve ever dealt with. Well…. Until I came here Sunday morning. Simple order of a latte with almond milk, a wake up wrap, a donut, and a pup cup. It took me 5 minutes at the register and the guy still didn’t get my order correct or complete. He was SO bad that I had to holler over to the manager to ask her to come over and help. She put in the almond milk and walked away. It was so bad that I had to ask for her help again. Long story short, I would NEVER go back here even if I had a $100 gift card to only that location.
They need to train their staff. I hate making negative reviews but I have to be heated to do so and this was by far the worst fast food customer service experience I’ve ever had. Didn’t even get myself a coffee because he did know what a cold brew was….
