Drove out of my way to go to a different DD as the one by me is the worst one I’ve ever dealt with. Well…. Until I came here Sunday morning. Simple order of a latte with almond milk, a wake up wrap, a donut, and a pup cup. It took me 5 minutes at the register and the guy still didn’t get my order correct or complete. He was SO bad that I had to holler over to the manager to ask her to come over and help. She put in the almond milk and walked away. It was so bad that I had to ask for her help again. Long story short, I would NEVER go back here even if I had a $100 gift card to only that location.They need to train their staff. I hate making negative reviews but I have to be heated to do so and this was by far the worst fast food customer service experience I’ve ever had. Didn’t even get myself a coffee because he did know what a cold brew was….

Walked in and saw an employee standing on the counter top, where the food and drinks are prepared, with his bare feet!!!! That is absolutely disgusting! I assume he was fixing the tv monitor however, did using a ladder not occur to them? Putting your bare feet on a counter is one of the most unsanitary things you can do, especially at a food establishment!!!! So gross!! If they would do this in front of customers, I can only imagine what they would do when no one is looking. Would not eat here.
I ordered a large caramel macchiato with extra caramel, and waited 10 minutes for it with only four people in the lobby they need to do better not only that they take more orders than they make drink. I have had this problem multiple times with this location I’ve waited 2010 to 15 minutes for one drink.
