We visited the Novi location on August 2nd/25 at 6:14 pm. Two servers were present. We were the only customers. The servers did not acknowledge us and continued speaking with each other. We walked out and headed elsewhere where customers are not ignored. It’s a shame there is no zero star rating.

Simply a great selection of sugar-free flavors. I purchased a raspberry caramel sugar-free latte made with soy and it might have been one of the best tasting lattes I've ever had. Service was very friendly and fast. I would like recommend going here for your beverage needs.

Fast service and coffee was good! Their selection of smoothies looks great ? would love to try those next time. Usually this place is busy but surprisingly it was less busy than usual on a Saturday afternoon. Its a small place but they have a large seating area in the mall. Suggest taking regular milk for coffee.

Staff is inadequately trained. Product is over roasted, technique and preparation of drinks isn't great either. Don't waste your time on what could have been a great little shop.
