Shifted our wedding outside with pandemic with ease with the help of Genesys manager and her team. Details were on point and our concerns with all the changes disappeared. The food and service were top notch.

Absoulutely horrible service , set up a hold on some equipment 6 months in advance with only disappointment to come pick up day before set up, they are so back and forth with one another that they hand you to another employee that doesnt have a clue what's going on, then passes you back to just have to reiterate what was told to the last person. I've been in the wedding industry for 13 years and have NEVER seen such a poorly managed location such as the ascension health club( the banquet hall portion) . My recommendations is to get as far from these dream poppers as possible , colleen is one of the worst the get and will NEVER pick up her phone to confirm, solidify, or even reassure that your things are ready to go for you. I will tell everyone in the wedding industry that I know and also brides looking to run away from this complete laughable management company.
