Order was delivered incorrectly and the store was unwilling to make it right. I would never order delivery again because if it isn’t right they basically tell you too bad better luck next time. I regret all the times I have tipped the staff and I won’t be in the future

Spent just under 70$ for two sandwiches to be delivered. The sides of gravy weren’t included and it is the difference between me and my girlfriend enjoying the sandwiches and us not wanting to even eat them. The best they can do is tell us we can have two dollars store credit. I love it when 70$ sandwich’s are ruined by a stores incompetence and then they offer 2$ refund to make it right. I usually tip 20% when I go there in person. I will never tip again because the customer service is garbage.

N.Y. Streamer was just OK, Mac & cheese was very sub-par! I wouldn't pay $3 for it let alone the $6 they charge! Try Chick-fil-a's mac&cheese and see if you can come close!!

Walked in and said hello to the person behind the counter, they said nothing and ignored me. Never said hello or asked what I wanted. After five minutes, I left. Never again!

First time here and the sandwich was awesome. Lots of fresh veggies and lean meats. Definitely will be returning very soon. I got the large hook and ladder and it became two excellent lunches. The bread was perfect soft inner texture with just the right amount of crispness in the crust.

Great experience at Firehouse Subs! The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and my sandwich was hot, fresh, and delicious. Love that they support first responders too. Definitely my go-to spot for a quick, satisfying meal!

My husband and I used to go here often but lately it has been bad. Idk what happened. The food is always super super soggy, not made correctly, or takes extremely long. Like today we got a sub to share and didn't get it until nearly 15 minutes after the slotted pick up time. There were only two employees making subs while two others were yapping in the back to each other. I'm not sure if they were busy or what but the sub we finally got was so shopping wet my husband couldn't stomach it. Super unfortunate as this is the only location for firehouse in the area. I personally won't be back.
