Did a large catering order, and Owen at the Novi location was polite, helpful, and everything was organized with nothing wrong or missing. 10/10 would recommend you go check them out if you havent! Also, food was warm and tasty!

The sandwiches were app good. I live my Italian sub i tasted the steam boat, delicious and my husband's meatball sub too. All were great. And the best bread I have had on a sub.

Food was soggy as soon as it got into the car already, bread was dripping wet. Other sandwich the brisket one was cold?? Total for two sandwiches, one being a combo was $40 dollars lmfao. Gross and overpriced.

I work around this place and it’s been almost 3 years since continuously ordering from this place for about once a week. I always mobile order and take out so rarely meet the workers but they usually greet me whenever I enter the place and that’s nice. Some people don’t but not a big deal. Today I felt like posting and wanted to say thank you for the best Cajun chicken sub! Don’t know who made it but was delicious:) Thank you!

Clearly they can’t treat there employees right, everytime I come here I always seem to have an issue with the service and the people, they all look as if they hate there jobs! Maybe if the management was better the employees would be happier and the workers wouldn’t always be rude or have an attitude? Food is terrible I can taste the sadness in my sandwich, never returning!!
