This place has a great band, but quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever seen. Ordered food and drink about an hour ago never got the drink had to go up to the bar to get it. I have given up on the food. Also the prices for the wine are outrageous I could pay $10 less for a bottle of wine then they charge for a glass. No glasses of wine under $17 and LeCrema which cost less than $20 a bottle they want $27 for a glass. Same crap service when I came last year. Was hoping it would be better but way worse.

This place is phenomenal! Food is great, excellent outdoor music spot. The lack of 5 stars is due to the service during nights they have music. The kitchen is not equipped to serve such a large crowd. They need to offer five or six easy items on the menu that are easily ready to serve their customers. We waited 2 1/2 hours for our food on Thursday night with no apology and nothing to make us feel a bit less frustrated. We actually had to go inside and stand at the kitchen window asking for our food. Bummer

Must have on come a bad night. Waited 15 minutes before anyone checked in on us. Literally yelled out for a waitress to notice us. Other tables were being served even though we arrived several minutes before them. Ordered French onion soup. Was told later that they ran out. Ordered clam chowder instead. Came back minutes later to tell me they were out. Got a side salad to go. Ordered Moscow mule. A few minutes later I was told they ran out. Ordered corona extra. A few minutes later was informed they were out. Got a gin and tonic. Again, I can appreciate that they were busy and things run out, but this was a bit much, especially since it was 7:30. Meatloaf and nachos were good.

The entire experience was amazing, I spent a week at the Hyatt for a conference. We went to fireside every night. We met all the bartenders and servers. Everyone made us feel at home. One bartender stood out her name was Bridget. Great experience at a hotel bar
