The lady that works the counter is always so rude and they just changed their prices… 8 cookies for $20??!!?? That’s absolutely ridiculous!! Not even a dozen! So greedy oh my goodness.

I love the milkshakes, smoothies and cookies here! I get the strawberry and chocolate, or cookies and cream milkshake. Sometimes i get the strawberry bannana smoothie with icecream base, super good aswell. My favorite cookies are the double fudge, and i also like the regular chocolate brownies. Everything ive tried has been very good! I come to the mall just for this treat! And i live in another city!

I visited this place today and got a Snickerdoodle cookie and it was absolutely raw inside I hate wasting my money Make sure your cookies are done before you sell them

Awful experience wouldn’t recommend. They need to organize and fix their system. Their cookie cakes are a joke and was truly disappointing.

If I could give them zero stars, I surely would. I hope you don’t take pride in the cookie cakes that you expect your customers to be satisfied with. This was meant to be for my birthday tomorrow however this cookie cake is such a joke that I am now getting a different cake. I wish I was joking.
Back story- (I’ve always had a cookie cake for my birthday, it’s a tradition). My significant other ordered it with the instructions of “Happy 27th Birthday Paige” with a floral design. The cake on the left was presented to him upon pickup with “this was the best I can do, don’t you like it?” and the right is what the final result was after asking for it to be fixed. This looks like my 6 year old nephew’s art project, what happened to companies taking pride in what they do??
Don’t order a cookie cake from here no matter what you do, go to Mrs. Fields downstairs. I know they have employees that will try & at least make it look presentable.
