Food is good but customer service is terrible has wrong hours on website one part of the website says 9 but google and when u go to order online it shows 10. Guy was very rude and unprofessional

The Hawaiian Detroit style pizza and the Guido bread with garlic cheese sauce were both great. Definitely a tasty cheat meal. The large 12 x 12 pizza was enough for 2 people for 2 meals (had leftovers). Call ahead and pick up when ready. Not a place to sit inside.

At the very least the food on the app has to match the food you actually get. That’s like rule number 1 y’all. Very disappointing. Poor value for what you actually get.

Ordered chicken alfredo but no chicken when received. My son was very disappointed.

Walked in on a Friday around 11:00AM. Stood at the counter for quite some time until the counter help who was in the back noticed us. He apologized and let us know it was his third day. Ordered a pizza and three salads to go. The pizza was fine. My antipasto salad had barely any meats, cheeses, or olives. We were staying at a hotel and when we got back to our room we discovered they neglected to include forks or napkins. 50 bucks for a medium pizza and three salads. Won’t be back.

On google and on their website it says they close at 10. I received a call at 9:12 asking where I was and was told “well I’d really like to go home so” with a rude tone and then hung up on. My husband picked the pizza up withing two minutes of the phone call and after he paid and was walking out the employee shut off the lights before he even reached the door. I would never order from a place knowing they are about to close. And certainly would never knowingly keep an employee after closing. But maybe it’s time to simply update your hours?

Terrible customer service. Whoever answered the phone was very argumentative and it seems to be a theme for him because a lot of other reviews say the same thing. Never again!!!

Ordered Doordash, it requires you to pick a sauce, BBQ isn't a option!!!! For the BBQ chicken pizza!!! Called to let the manager know the failed ordering system. I got nothing but attitude!!! He blamed Doordash for his menu options!!! Never again!!!! Popper bread was made like he was running out of ingredients!!! Pizza's was dry hardly any sauce. So many complaints for $120+ order!!! The attitude when I called was by far the worse part!!! I will drive to Waterford before I would order from this location again!!!!!

Was not a good pie.

This evening I went to pick up an order for a DoorDash and the “gentleman “ was extremely rude. I completely understand when you are busy and behind however there is no reason to have a bad attitude and poor manners towards anyone that visits your establishment under any circumstances. I asked him his name so that I can address the issue with a manager come tomorrow morning however he just walked away without giving it to me. I personally will not order from this establishment ever .
In response to owner thank you for responding to my review it shows that you at least take reviews serious enough to respond to. However not what actually happens at the store. That is not what happened however the warped sense of timing tells me that you are the one I had the pleasure of dealing with. In essence of banning me sir I did nothing wrong except write a review on your behavior and manners oh and let the public know I personally will not order from your establishment so to ban me is comical I already stated I wasn’t coming to your establishment so what was your exact point supposed to be?

This store has a criminal employee I’m a DoorDash driver I didn’t feel safe they close anytime they want I almost call police today it’s good he’s didn’t hurt me but if I stay more longer inside that guy can do anything I got so scared and I left quickly omg employee behavior 😱 I don’t recommend to go this store specifically at night please 🙏 don’t do that love everyone be kind 🙏🙏🙏🙏
