Not sure why the poor reviews. This is my fav spot for pizza, by a long shot. Pizza is out of this world in my opinion, my order has always been 100% correct. Online ordering is simple. Order always ready on time.

Whoever was taking calls on May 4th 2024 at 5:45 pm was the rudest person I have ever spoken to when ordering anything from anywhere... Called back multiple times to ensure they new delivery location at hospital ( trying to celebrate new grandchild) and he simply hung up..when I called back to cancel just picked up phone and hung up...Definitely never ordering from here again and where huge Guido fans

Stood in the lobby calling for help.

Got to the point where I just left.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Extremely rude whether they’re busy or not. I’ve gone when no one else is there and one specific guy rolled his eyes and walked off when I apologized for not knowing that door dash sends us too early to pick up orders. The same man was incredibly rude to an elderly male dasher on my second visit. He may have told you the name already, but that’s no reason to treat an elderly man that way. Tell him it will be up shortly instead of ignoring him in front of your other customers.
And before the restaurant comments unprofessionally like last time, the first time I was there the restaurant was completely empty and this guy was such a jerk I dropped the order because I refused to even continue dealing with him. The second time it was busy, but he clearly can’t handle customer service during busy times because again he was extremely RUDE. I won’t even accept another order from this place let alone spend my money here. I have no problem waiting patiently. I do have a problem with pissy attitudes from grown men because they don’t know how to handle people. He asks for patients and kindness but is rude and completely unkind to his customers.

Someone on here said they were disappointed in the pizza rolls here, but we probably order from here once a month and have never even seen pizza rolls on the menu. Everything here has always been good, with maybe over-done crust twice in 3-4 yrs. Love the cracked peppercorn wings and Da Boss pizza. Easy ordering and coupons and text specials/online coupons.

My bro lives by here and said he has had their food a few times and its always been good. I read all the review about service, but he orders online so I can't comment on that. We had pizza and salad delivered. It was very good and everything was correct, even with having 2 of them half and half toppings.

Call you into place of order service was extremely disrespectful and patient and hung the phone up and when I called back sent me to the voicemail repeatedly and let the phone rang out the worst customer service I've ever came in contact with my life it was after 7:00 December the 1st

What a bummer. I've eaten pizza from coast to coast so when a friend was talking up Guido's I was excited to find a new great place just down the street.The service was good and friendly and the little store is neat and clean.But the pizza is boring. Really just boring. Old world pepperoni should have a nice zing to it. Nothing...not even normal pepperoni flavor. Bland cheese and a flat sauce. The veggies were good and the thin crust was OK... but neither of those things could save it.Also it's a little pricey for pizza. Normally I'd be ok with that for stellar pie... but this was an expensive miss.It's really too bad because I very much wanted to like the place but ended up disappointed.Oh well...

I ordered the pizza rolls and was very disappointed ? especially for the price. Looks were very deceiving and they only allow you to remove items… no additional items can be added! ?
