Disclaimer: I love a good omlette with hashbrowns - and IHOP delivers each and every time perfectly. I checked out this location and it was very clean, staff was friendly and attentive, and food was of course yummy. The location I went to was busy - but no one rushed me out (of my table), coffee refills were there before asking, and this location was walking distance from my hotel (which in Greater Metro Detroit can be hard to find). Update: Wanted to include a special shout-out to Larenda the Manager/Server I had - 150+% customer-service forward! Now I've been back a few times and the consistency is outstanding (which is so rare now most places) amongst ALL team members.

Wait all that time just to get the wrong order. I was in a hurry. Didn’t check cause I had been waiting for 20 minutes. It wasn’t busy at all. I’m going to dispute it. I didn’t eat it. The sausage look like it was bit. Once I got to my destination, I called to let them know. It wasn’t my order. No one answered the phone. You can’t even speak with anyone. Y’all need new management in there.

The IHOP near me blows but we decided to give this one a try and we were very happy we did. Food was excellent. Service was good. Quite cold in the restaurant however. We will be back to this location.

We have been waiting over an hour for our food. 7 tables in the restaurant but several severs. Glasses dirty. Finally got the food after 1:25 and it was cold and looked old. I sincerely feel bad for our server. We ended up leaving. We should have read the reviews before deciding to eat here.

Went here with my Aunt and Cousin November 1st 2025. Could tell they were under staffed. We got seated with no issues. Roughly ten minutes goes by. Server finally comes over and gets our order. Figured it would be a few minutes before getting drinks. It was almost 10 minutes later. Server comes back. Telling us he’s sorry for not bringing the drinks. While simultaneously not bringing coffee and water. But telling us he’ll bring it with the food. Okay I say. Ten or more minutes goes by and still nothing. What I did notice was everyone else was being served or had gotten drinks around us. Meanwhile I noticed our server handling other orders. We ended up walking out without any food or drinks.
I wish they told me the served powdered eggs when I ordered. I didn’t enjoy my food but the kid and my mom loved the hot buttery pancakes.

IHOP is always short-staffed and you wait a very long period of time before getting a seat to even begin ordering. Whoever's in charge should see to it that things are run more operational. Many times, the staff that is working is so overwhelmed they are spread very very thin. Something needs to change. As of late, it is very empty because the owner just doesn't seem to care, how it's operating. Someone's not paying enough attention.

Dirty they have no stafff and we were greeted by a rude server that said we are not seating until these three customers are gone. Gave it one last try. Close it down, it’s disgusting dirty place.
