This location also gave me food poisoning! Do not eat here. I ordered the quick breakfast w/ eggs bacon and hashbrowns. I had to leave work halfway through my shift and miss the following day. I was so sick just hours after eating from here and eventually went to the emergency room because I could not keep anything down. The health department needs to inspect this location. I’ll never touch food from an IHOP ever again!

This location gave me food poisoning!!! I went there yesterday to pick up my food. I waited a long time just for my order to be wrong. I alerted the manager and I was chill about it. He literally came back 3 mins later with a full stack of pancakes for the inconvenience. I’ve been severely sick since that meal. I can’t even drink water! I’m currently on my way to an urgent care when I’m supposed to be at work. Shame on you!

Weird experience.
We walked in on a Sunday around 11. There were many open tables, but the people that came in after us said, "It's never this busy." We had never been, so I have no idea. The hostess said it would be about a 10 minute wait. While we were waiting, a couple were leaving. The woman looked at all of us and said, "I'd leave now! This place is ridiculous!" We assumed they were short staffed, so we left.

Visited this place this morning. The tables were dirty and staff were just sitting at a back table on their phones. No one ever came to the table to serve us. A staff member asked a waitress to take our table and she responded that she did not take tables outside of hers, leaving us without service. Remember, the other wait staff were on their phone sitting to my left. After hearing her comments, we got up and left. The attitude of the staff members were very disappointing and should not welcomed. I seriously do not recommend this place to no one.

Excelente please for a very nice breakfasts and is , not only for breakfasts, they do has great lunch as well .

Dietary restrictions: You have to double check with the waiter at the table.

Parking: There's more space at the back of the restaurant.

The staff in this place was great. The food delivery truck was delayed because of the snowstorm, but the staff made great recommendations on what they had left. We would definitely visit again.

WeAre Awake

We were seated at a decent time although I had to flag the hostess down to let them know we needed a table for four. We had a drink order placed in a decent time. Coffee with creamer brought... no sugar or eating utensils. My son's hot chocolate looked and tasted like water. Food was brought out 45 mins later... no coffee refill... no other drink refills. Our food was brought out one meal at a time with our last meal being brought out when everyone was almost finished. We had to ask about the meal being brought out as well. We had to grab ketchup, salt and pepper from a neighboring empty table. Utensils were brought in one napkin rolled up. No other napkins were given. The server came back and asked if we needed anything else and my husband asked if his biscuits and gravy order was placed and she said oh yes...and he said well we still need that. So after we waited for the last person in our party to eat we asked for our check which took a while. We got the check and then she brings the biscuits and gravy and we told her we were finished. We got up to pay and the lady at the register said our server would have to take it. Didn't know who our server was after 2 people were helping at our table but we didn't see them often to know which one it was. They said they would need a manager to take the biscuits and gravy off the order. The meal was $72.00 and I feel like we were ripped off as the food was mediocre at best and the service was horrible. I understand waiting for food, but the delivery method of serving to the table was off horribly. We eneded up paying for food we never got because it would have taken a lot longer to leave and we had been there over an hour already.. so we paid and still left a tip. I would not recommend this place as the employees who work there don't really give a crap about their customer's needs. I am extremely disappointed and probably won't be giving my business to another IHOP, which is unfortunate because we have a very large family.

This has gone way down hill. The service stinks, I am disappointed. That they took away the 55+ me u for one, the servers are not friendly, last time we were there.was our last time. The server was not friendly, actually acted like we were keeping her from something, she definitely didn't want to be there. Our food took an hour from the time we came in, got seated, was greeted by our server etc ..ticket times should be about 15 min tips, I could see it if they were busy but there was only one other couple in there and they had door dashers coming in that were getting angry because they couldn't even get the staff to acknowledge them let alone get them the orders. They were complaining they had to wait more then 10 min or more. Servers just kept walking by them not even asking whose order they were waiting on etc.. they are very short with customers and honestly I won't go back. The menu is so changed up and no 55+ menu anymore so a lot of us older people who are on fixed income can no longer afford to eat there. The changes you have made here didn't make things better but worse. Why would I wait an hour for food there when I can get faster better friendlier service around the corner at the Novi Coney island? Staff needs to change their attitudes with their customers and remember that we are the ones that essentially make up their paychecks. No customers, equals no paycheck

The place needs a good cleaning and tidying up. There was no one to greet us, we had to wait. There was no one in the place. The food was ok, however, there was a hair in my daughter's meal. The syrup container was too disgusting to use. I wanted to get more butter but the waitress never came back until it was time to pay the bill. There was very loud arguing going on in the kitchen. It was rather annoying. Never going there again. Maybe the health department should stop in for lunch.

Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten free. I called to ask if they have gluten free options. They said they have gf pancakes, but the menu said gluten free friendly.

I went into the restaurant around 3–3:30. It wasn't busy at all, but there was no one at the front to seat me. I waited about 10 minutes, and no one showed up. Then I called out, "Is anyone here?" And still no one showed up!

We had a morning Christmas gathering here, and it was wonderful.
The team worked with us , we had a private room. Riley was our waitress and took care of all 24 of us ! Great time. We will definitely be back.

Kid-friendliness: We did not have any children with us this time, but they would have been welcome. There were .any families in the restaurant with children. High chairs & toddler seats were available.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair access was important. We are not getting any younger.
