They can’t even read online orders correctly. When someone wants to “minus” items, there’s usually a good reason. I have a tomato allergy, & they ignore special instructions. What a waste of money ordering online.

Have eaten their many times, always fast service and great waitstaff, subs are the best around town just did large carryout and the subs were great ,the service was even better(Brandi) Took the order and everything was prefect. I will be going back.

Bought sandwiches here for my family this week. Wasn't really impressed by the sandwiches. Some better quality than subway, but way over priced for not that much of an improvement in quality. Really liked the Portabella Chicken Cheese Wrap. The Original Italian skimped on the non-ham meat (what is the point if this sandwich is mostly ham?)Mainly the portion size was small for the price with the Regular size seeming to be about 8". For similar price at subway everyone gets Dinner and a lunch from a 12" sub.The original Italian has Ham, Cappacuolo, Pepperoni and Prosciuttini meats. It was over half ham. Couldn't even taste the other meats because the slices were so thin. Would definitely not recommend.I think Subway quality has improved enough that we will be going there for a better value.

Never again. The competition is 1000% better on service, flavour, cost, atmosphere.Ordered 4 subs of which 2 were wrong. No tomatoes means no tomatoes. Two employees were rude and abrasive and 2 employees were absent minded and confused.

Store was very clean but don’t recommend if you have a food allergy. I ordered a sandwich with no tomato. They put tomatoes on my sandwich and wrapped it up. The lady at the register then realized she messed up. She just open the sandwich removed the tomatoes and re wrapped it. Then called our name like nothing happened. I know that mistake happened but that was not the was to hand it. All she had to do is ask. A simple “I’m sorry we messed up are you okay if we remove the tomatoes or would you like us to remake it?” Very disappointed

The portobello mush room sandwich with steak. I was just a little disappointed on trying this sandwich it had no taste. Now I am not the type to glorify reviews or try to make them more than 2 paragraphs. Let's face it I need to really be impressed by taste and satisfaction. I don't write from the heart remember I am from Texas so I just keeping it simple. Service I didn't care for it this time around and the vibe was somewhat lame. That is all. Chief I fail to succeed so that I can find true glory
