Called an hour ahead for carryout and was given a pickup time. When I arrived, the order hadn’t been made—they forgot it. I drove out of my way for this location and left without the meal I planned on. Disappointing experience.

I rarely write reviews on food places because there is little that hasn’t been said already. But I really need to about this Jets location.
For starters, I’ve been coming here for years. Always consistently great pizza.
But today, 9-12-2025,is I ordered my usual personal BBQ chicken pizza. Whoever was working today made an actual piece of art. I opened that pizza box and I had to just sit and admire it for a moment. I don’t take pictures of my food, but this was like being transported to the louvre in France and laying your eyes on the Mona Lisa for the first time.
I was absolutely awestruck. The pizza somehow tasted better than it looked.
So yea, it was a decent pizza dining experience I guess.

This jetts location is hands down my favorite spot to order from. They are always super friendly and on time with the order even if they're busy. But that's what makes this place, amazing food and definitely worth the wait every time! Also the employees at this location definitely deserve a raise!

1st time at this location. Snafu on phone order. Manager jumped in with apology and offered my pizza no charge. There will always be mistakes, it's how they are addressed. This manager saw the big picture and gained a new customer. And I did pay for my pizza. Very good BBQ chicken pizza .
