My husband and adult daughter took me here for my birthday. The food and drinks surpassed my expectations! Atmosphere kind of reminds me of a speakeasy which I love! We ordered/shared several items: Five Spice Calamari - best calamari I have ever had! Salmon Carpaccio - so delicious we wished we had ordered one for each of us! Pan fried Steamed Dumplings - OMG! Excellent dumplings and my daughter is a dumpling snob! Crab Cake - wish there were 3 instead of 2 so we wouldn't have had to share! Truffle Fried Rice Trio - This dish was beyond fantastic! Lemon Raspberry Layered Cheesecake - my daughter and I ordered this dessert and loved it! Cinnamon Coffee Cake, Salted Caramel Ice Cream - my husband ordered this dessert, and I thought he was going to lick the plate!
We totally overate but the food was so delicious we couldn't control ourselves!
Jia Lounge is now my designated birthday place! Based on the excellent drinks & food and superb service, looking forward to trying the China Cafe next door!

So so good! Such a cool vibe in here, the food is always on point and Olga and Nancy are THE BEST! They’re so welcoming and make the best drinks. We’ve had most of everything on the menu and it’s all delicious but our favorites are the Dragon roll, bulgogi tacos, pan fried dumplings, tempura tacos, spicy tuna roll and the Ribeye (the best steak we’ve ever had). This is our go to for a date night and night out with friends!

Beautiful food, atmosphere, delicious drinks! We had our work holiday party here and it was great! We were served an appetizer buffet followed by scallops, filet, seafood fried rice, chicken teriyaki, and pork belly noodles. Everything was excellent! Ordering any drink was an experience. The bartenders put a show on as they prepare your drink. I'll definitely be back here for a fancy date night. Thank you for our wonderful party!

Place was so good, I forgot to take pictures. Really nice, yet not hidden jam. Must go there to try it out. Its relatively small and intimate place, only 4 booths and an oval table that could fit 8-10 people. So make your reservation in advance. We were lucky that they were able to squeeze us in. The Korean Bulgogi taco and vegetarian spring roll was so good. Olga is great and very understanding, hopefully you'll get her as your waiter.

Jia lounge is a hidden gem in Novi. In a sea of chain restaurants and bars, Kelly and Susana have created an intimate cocktail bar with amazing service and atmosphere. Every detail was curated to perfection. Bartenders Nancy and Olga kept us topped up with perfect martinis and bourbon pours. We are big fans and will be returning soon.
