We ordered pick up for two subs. There was literally no meat on the subs. I wish I could post a photo. All wrap and no meat. I've gone here many times and this is a first. I won't be back.

Absolutely AMAZING. I was way too late to the jimmy john train. I get my usual #5 “the Vito” on wheat (add mayo, hot peppers and cucumbers) Of course chips & kickin ranch too. ATLEAST once a week. Truly the highlight of my week. All the workers are wonderful and extremely kind / helpful. Only downside is that the rewards program lowkey sucks but I digress on that. This location is truly freaky fast- even during a rush!

4 of us - each of us got something different - everything was delish!! The only drawback to Jimmy Johns is they don't offer a gluten free sub bun so if gluten free, you can only get an Unwich - a sandwich wrapped in lettuce. It is very good, but would like a gluten free bun.

Terrible service. I cannot believe where service has gone that people like Shawn can get to the status of "manager" with zero social skills whatsoever. Ridiculous! Places like this that blame their customers rather than taking responsibility for a simple employee error don't deserve the business. Mistakes happen and that's not the problem, but the way we handle them is.
Edit in response to team comment. And now corporate messages below that they want me to do their legwork and fill out a feedback form to let the owner know rather then just reaching out themselves. Comical.

Went to this JJ's to pick up a couple subs for our dinner. The 2 guys behind the counter were super nice and very friendly. We got 2 Italian Night Club combos. Both made well-not messy, tasted great! Also got an extra Vito, as cashier told me I had a $5.99 reward in my acct. Very much appreciated their friendly hospitality. Highly recommend giving this JJ's a try!

I’ve ordered the same sandwich 3x in the past couple weeks. Every time I tell them I want no oil and vinegar and no mayo, but to add mustard. Every time I get the sandwich home there is. O mustard. How hard is that!?
Took over 50 minutes to arrive by Uber. Knowing it will be delivered by insanitary random Uber car I would never order. That goes for freaky fast - 3 mile delivery took near an hour

DO NOT COME HERE. Steven and Quentin or however you spell his stupid name have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life . I will never be back at this location and everyone I know personally will know how unprofessional this location is because of these two rude employees. I feel bad for an establishment with such foul employees chasing away customers. I wouldnt spend a dime here after todays rude interaction with these two as soon as i walked in the doors . I didn't even get a chance to glance at the menu before Quinton and Stevens uncomfortable and inappropriate rude confrontation. I walked right out after I asked for both of their names and drove to Quiznos right away. Shame on you Jimmy John's for losing a long time great customer.
