Had a group of 5.1.Service wasn't attentive and rude and gave us an incorrect take home cost. So we ordered extra food so we can bring home.2. Replacement server had the same rude attitude.3. 18 dollars for take home when we were told 14 dollars. I don’t want to waste food and am willing to pay to take the leftovers home but 18 dollars and the rude attitude we will not be back to the Novi location. Sterling Heights was much nicer.4. Did I say service was rude

Took my daughter there with pretty much the entire family for her birthday dinner it was about 25 of us and they were SUPER accommodating! It was our first time trying it we weren’t disappointed at all. We had a great time and they were so patient with us and helpful. BRANDON our server was amazing and so friendly. I loved everything about the experience. We did the Korean bbq and the hot pot combo and both were great it was a little tricky for us on the grill just because we tried to cook in our pot and on the grill and burned it lol but once we got it that was one of my favorite parts. The only thing I would say about this is that it is expensive other than that, everything else is worth the experience. My family and I definitely will return.Vegetarian options: Broths and a lot of veggie options

Just ate dinner there and wow food is delicious/ great quality and the staff are not messin around they are on it and then some, took care of us superbly- very very impressed with the staff and had a wonderful meal

Server was new but fantastic! He explained things well and made our dining adventure nice. Not sure if I was super impressed with the food but what I found more upsetting is the waste of food that happens. This is a per person charge and couldn’t believe the waste of food watching them clean tables. You can’t get a to go box so a lot of food gets wasted which is so sad.

Food was delicious for sure! Our server Susan was very kind, however the manager (not sure what his name was. He’s bald if that helps) was quite rude when we asked about takeout. We had been told it would be an extra $5 to take the rest of our soup home. I don’t understand the upcharge, however was willing to pay it. Then the manager came over and told us it would be $18 to take it home and when informed that we had already been told $5 his response was “I don’t know where you heard that” with a very snarky attitude. Overall a good experience but that guy was quite a douche and there shouldn’t be an extra charge for taking leftovers home.

Super friendly, which is basically crucial these days. We were seated almost immediately. Since you season your own food it's basically on you if it tastes good or not, but our ingredients and the broth was very on point and flawless. Well done ?

food is five stars easily but they NEED NEED to get a system where we can make reservation easily. like an online sign-up or something. because the current system is chaos. i’ve only successfully been here three times, because two times i tried, it was just too busy. and reservations aren’t available.Dietary restrictions: if you are gluten free then you need to have a bowl of water which sucks

Food was ok. We got the barbecue. The Bulgogi didn’t taste like bulgogi. We wont be coming back.The server was ok. The ventilation was terrible, and the place was very smoky.
