Very poor customer service!! We asked for help and were ignored. A man at the service desk/lotto area told us he was busy and did not seek out another worker to help us!Also, the Citizens Bank ATM in this Kroger is very inconvenient! It has a virtual teller and it takes longer to deal with that compared to a regular ATM. There are regular Citizens Bank ATMs at CVS stores. Another Yelper posted about the spoiled meat. That photo of the brownish colored meat is disgusting!I will not return to this Kroger.

Used to love this location but has certainly gone downhill. Can't get deli offerings or fresh seafood. Have to choose precut/prepackaged which often appears undesirable. They often run out of sale items before the busy weekend, 3 days into the sale. Who is charge of ordering? Some nice employees, but others are less than helpful and rude. Greatly prefer the Kroger on ten mile even though it's less convenient. Sad.

I went to 5 other stores trying to get a cake decorated after we had an incident with our wedding cake for a small wedding. Shakira went out of her way and really helped us out. Thank you so much

Get your crap together…. 150$ hold to pay at the pump with a debit card? You have got to be kidding me…… there is absolutely no reason to put a HOLD like that in anyone. Well I’ll never pump gas or grocery shop at Krogers again. I’ll push my car to the gas station before I EVER fuel here again.

So two weeks ago I go online and put in an order for a cake for my daughter’s third birthday. The day of her party I call and ask when the cake will be ready. Here is how the conversation went: Employee: oh we aren’t taking orders for cakes. Me: oh this isn’t a new order I ordered through your website a while ago. Employee: No we don’t do cakes at all anymore. Me: I got an email confirmation and everything! Employee: Well the system shouldn’t have let you. *crickets* Not ONCE did this person apologize, offer to look into the issue, show any concern, emotion, or ANY indication that they wanted to right this wrong. I called customer service and got more unkind service. I teach customer service skills for a living, so when I get crappy service it makes me even more upset. There was no empathy, no alternate solutions provided, they didn’t even offer to make sure the system was indeed updated so no future people aren’t left stranded on the day of a party. Thankfully Marv’s Bakery in Brighton stepped in and made up for Kroger’s horrible service. Tl;Dr: NEVER ORDER A CAKE FROM NOVI KROGER

Just wanted to put a shout out to the Kroger associates who work the Kroger Pickup program! You people have been amazing since this whole pandemic started! When I was having issues getting used to wearing a mask without having a panic attack, there you were...shopping my list and bringing my groceries to my truck with a smile. Even though so me of my items were not available at times, you always managed to find a comparable replacement. When I had last minute shopping to do after work, and just didn't want to deal with a mask...there you were.....bringing my groceries to my trunk. For a while there it was very difficult to get a time slot for pick up and I had to try another stores program, let's just say I won't ever stray for Kroger again! You rock! Keep it up! And thanks for keeping things feeless for now!

Bit as I'm walking through and grabbing what I need. I see this manager SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS at an employee over what sounded like that employee getting sick. And being in a professional work environment myself all day long, I see this as being extremely unprofessional and abusive. So I took it upon myself to see what her nametag said and noticed it said Ashley. Being a manager should not mean screaming at and abusing an employee like what I happened to see. I feel like something should be done and I really wish the best for the employee and hope she gets better.

Went into this location earlier today and overheard a manager screaming at one of her employees. I got a good look at her later, her nametag said Ashley. Is this how you treat your employees at all of your stores? I will not be shopping at Kroger, and certainly not this location, again. It's bad enough hearing them take abuse from the public, but management treating employees in such a way is shameful.

Leslie at your deli counter is the sweetest most efficient person ever. I love coming to see her and appreciate her hard work and effort. I trust that my deli meat is cut just the way I like and I love she always gives me a sample to make sure I love the meats I'm getting. I only get my deli meat from this location. I will return because of her. You better keep this lovely lady! Amazing service. Also she recommended the Boars Head Hawaii chicken and it has become my favorite! She clearly knows the products she recommends. LOVE this deli counter.
