Been coming here for 13 years for breakfast on a 30 min break every Saturday with a couple of co workers they are always super fast and get our orders right away, and the service is always happy and fantastic they are always very nice and make us feel comfy

My husband and I enjoy Leo’s and frequent the Novi restaurant. What makes it more enjoyable is our waitress, Natalie. She’s always smiling with a great personality. Plus, we walk in the restaurant and Natalie knows what we’ll be ordering. Maybe we go too often!! Never had a bad experience there and that says a lot. Thank you management and a big thank you to our favorite server, Natalie.

Going to be going to further locations from now on. Many attempts to get servers (Natalie) attention to get anything, took food away before finished and just rude. It wasn't just her thoughᯇsaw similar treatment to other tables by the other staff. Never coming back. Left bad taste don't even want to go here for carry out either. Good luck I guess

Ordered well done fries, and they were barely cooked. Told the server, she said that the cooks said they were. I said, you a tell by looking at them. She shrugged

Our second time coming. The wife got the fish and chips this time. She enjoyed it very much. I got 2 coneys with sauerkraut on them and a cheeseburger. The coneys were great. I'd advise burger people to stay away from the burgers they are frozen patties and not very good. The waitress while young was great. We like coming here when we come to town. Just not impressed with the burger at all.

The front of house team was very unwelcoming, and rude... almost like I was bothering them ( Especially the morning shift manager ). I received attitude over the phone when I placed my order and again when I picked it up. FOH watched me struggle to carry my order out, while the staff sat in the booth by the kitchen to chitchat.
Great job, to the Back of house for making sure our food was hot and correct. Back of house deserved the tip.
I ordered online and as always put "no pickles pls" as I'm allergic. I got home and the sandwich was smothered in pickles.. even the bread was soggy from the juice so I called...the woman that answered argued with me about it. You made a mistake, own it and fix it.. nope, not

I never have issues at any Leos we've been to. This day was a little different. My fries were forgotten and when they were brought I had a mix of cooked and not quite cooked fries.
