I can’t say enough nice things about the wait staff at this place. We have been coming to this restaurant for many years. But i would like to address something that I have seen lately that I am not impressed with at all. It is the way the owner treats his employees. It makes me so mad that he feels that he can treat them so badly in front of the customers. They work their butts off and should be treated with respect. I am sure they aren’t paid enough for the disrespect that they deal with on a daily basis. He should be happy to have workers willing to work. JP, Jen, Jayson, Sheri, Tammy, Natalie, you are all rockstars.

We knew the service is always bad, the food subpar. But our son asked for pancakes while at Costco and we thought we woukd give them another shot. My husband ordered a 3 egg breakfast. The server brought him 2 eggs n toast then ghosted. Would not make eye contact on purpose, though with all her customers. My husband finally gets her to come over and address that first he was brought 2 eggs, not 3, but then also that it should have hash browns n all the meats. She said she would fix it but we all finished our food amd sat and sat. An hour in at a coney n my hubby no longer wanted it. She never cane back, never checked on us, never filled our drinks, never brought syrup though asked. We decided okay ready for our bill n even as standing at the register with her with arms reach she woukd not look at me or acknowledge me to get us our bill. My husband ended up walking right up to her being done n handing her his card. We won't go back. There is always an issue. Never good service. The food is never the quality of other Leo's. Just run terribly n never clean. Not somewhere worth going to.

Jayson was my server and he was very friendly fun with the Opa and didn't rush us when my Mom was being slow and went out of his way to make sure our carry out was made I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the food was good too love this place and Jayson was awesome 😎👍

I had a great first experience today , got some breakfast to go and it was delicious to say the least , also the nice young lady that helped me find my order had some beautiful blue eyes and customer service that was sweet as pie , I don’t speak in third person often but Patrick is definitely coming back here , you don’t get that at home feeling everywhere but here I felt like family

Been coming here for 13 years for breakfast on a 30 min break every Saturday with a couple of co workers they are always super fast and get our orders right away, and the service is always happy and fantastic they are always very nice and make us feel comfy

My husband and I enjoy Leo’s and frequent the Novi restaurant. What makes it more enjoyable is our waitress, Natalie. She’s always smiling with a great personality. Plus, we walk in the restaurant and Natalie knows what we’ll be ordering. Maybe we go too often!! Never had a bad experience there and that says a lot. Thank you management and a big thank you to our favorite server, Natalie.
