Went this morning and the lady at the window messed up my order. Her name is Tony. I made it to work before realizing the mistake. When I went back to tell her she was aggressive and had a nasty attitude. Told me it wasn't her issue that my food got messed up. Didn't put my food into a bag after it was remade and denied any form of apology. She should be fired immediately.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here for 20 minutes waiting on food. Kevin is the only person holding this place together. The employees are arguing and the GM is saying she is calling the police bc people are waiting.

This location used to be great. They closed for a remodel and it has been disappointing service every time. See photos below. First was supposed to be Dr. Pepper...clearly not. Second was supposed to be Blue Raspberry Slush, again clearly not. They got two out of four beverages wrong. Last week they left one whole meal out of our order. I think I am done.

Not sure how I can pull up to the drive thru with no line and still wait 25 minutes. Going on 30. The last 3 times here it's been 20 minutes+. Why do I keep coming back? Lol that's on me. But no more. Save your time and go a couple miles in any direction to a different McDonald's cuz these dumps are everywhere

got here at 3:25, ordered a little before 3:20(was initially gonna doordash but decided to just drive up there to save money) and they said they only had 2 people there and were only taking doordash orders— what?!?! u can’t make a 10 piece when i order on the app, but if i would of doordashed it you’d of made it? yeah ok lol. Can’t be asked to make a fkn 10 piece with one car there 💀

We doordashed 80 mcdonald’s chicken nuggetsfrom this location, and they ended up soggy, and only 40 chicken nuggets. It took a hour longer to be made then when it said it would be made. We are angry and hungry.

The employees were playing around and hanging from the equipment and forgot about me trying place the order after ten minutes and again after one of the employees playing remembered he had a job. The food was cold the lids to my cups were loose and got soda on my seat. It's all over priced garbage for awful service

Cold fries, diet Coke was terrible. No fizz.. Asked for my sandwich to be cut in half. Was told they couldn't but they gave me a plastic fork to do it myself.
