I don’t frequent fast food, but I’ve gone to this one several times in the last few months and I’ve never received my order correctly. And then you tried to tell them and they look like a deer in headlights not the brightest people working up there so I paid for food that I didn’t receive not a happy person.

Made a mobile order they canceled it bc they didn't want to work. This is the second or third time late night they claim they lost my order or they only have 3 employees so they not taking orders and canceled my order. I get it these employees are lazy and never worked a day in a plant and get off and every time you get to go home with no food. It says 24hr but really once the sun goes down they don't care about your business.

Went this morning and the lady at the window messed up my order. Her name is Tony. I made it to work before realizing the mistake. When I went back to tell her she was aggressive and had a nasty attitude. Told me it wasn't her issue that my food got messed up. Didn't put my food into a bag after it was remade and denied any form of apology. She should be fired immediately.

Hi.. I came in the drive thru to get the new Oreo shamrock McFlurry and to my surprise I opened the cup it was in and it was empty.. I want my money back and infinite Oreo shamrock McFlurrys. I’m so disappointed.

This location used to be great. They closed for a remodel and it has been disappointing service every time. See photos below. First was supposed to be Dr. Pepper...clearly not. Second was supposed to be Blue Raspberry Slush, again clearly not. They got two out of four beverages wrong. Last week they left one whole meal out of our order. I think I am done.

Not sure how I can pull up to the drive thru with no line and still wait 25 minutes. Going on 30. The last 3 times here it's been 20 minutes+. Why do I keep coming back? Lol that's on me. But no more. Save your time and go a couple miles in any direction to a different McDonald's cuz these dumps are everywhere
