The people there were working really really hard to get the customers out in a timely manor They were short staffed. My food wasn't the best but I believe that if they had enough staff there it would have been better. I do appreciate what they employees tried to do.

I happened to visit this McDonald's. There was a boil alert so the only drinks available were hot coffee or tea. Totally understand this! The person in the Drive-Thru taking the order was incredibly obnoxious and spoke in a high squeaky voice intentionally. When I got to the window I asked him why he spoke in such a high squeaky voice and he said because he's bored.. And then I asked him why he chose to be so rude and did he intend to be rude? He said I'm bored....
