I had a great experience at Menchie’s! The store was very clean, and the employees were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. The frozen yogurt flavors were delicious with a great variety to choose from. I also ordered a custom cake, and it was decorated beautifully—exactly how I envisioned it. Everything from the service to the product quality was excellent. Highly recommended!

Saw Owner or Employee / Attendant actually Recycling larger pieces of toppings ( probably 20 different larger pieces of misc toppings ) off the counter picking up each with his bare fingers and putting the in a little clear plastic dish , which he passed to the girl at the cashier counter who promptly stashed them . Then he proceeded to sweep and wipe off the counter . WHAT ?? This was disgustingly sickening as we just finished eating and them wondering how many people touched our toppings and recycled pieces of ? Are you kidding me ? This may be acceptable in third world country ..
( both employees being in on it ) sorry , Gross and Oakland County Health Department should be aware . I am not the only one in my party to be a witness to this . Obviously never going back to a Menchies....Health Warning Grand River Novi. Saturday eve about 8:30 ish 5/17/2025

I recently visited Menchie's, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately put me in a good mood.
The variety of flavors they offer is impressive—there’s something for everyone! I tried the salted caramel and the tart raspberry, and both were incredibly delicious. The yogurt was smooth, creamy, and bursting with flavor.
What really sets Menchie's apart is the toppings bar. The selection is endless, from fresh fruits to fun candies and unique sauces. I loved being able to customize my treat exactly how I wanted it!
The staff was also fantastic—knowledgeable and eager to help with recommendations. It's clear they take pride in what they do.
Overall, Menchie's is the perfect spot for a sweet treat, whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just treating yourself. I can't wait to go back and try more flavors! Highly recommend! 🍦

My kids loved their chocolate strawberries/Apple.Staffs were very friendly.
The hours online and at the store say 10pm close at 8:59 she asked up to leave, didn’t even let us finish our ice cream. So rude. You should never kick paying guests out when we were almost done. Very overpriced and the audacity to ask for a tip for self service, they didn’t provide me a service.

The chocolate frozen yogurt was neutral not much flavor. The cheesecake and cake batter have a funky flavor to them. The place could use a good clean too. The price was a little much for what you get. Was not impressed
