Absolutely the worst place to enjoy a sweet treat, my girlfriend and I came here to enjoy a sweet treat, after paying for our food we went to our car to eat the food. The toppings were very stale like they have been sitting out for a while, and the frozen yogurt tasted awful. I went back in to talk to the lady who was working, who smells like Bo, and I asked her for a refund and instead of me getting a refund she tell me that she can’t do anything because her manager wasn’t there, and he will call me tomorrow. I told her I live an hour away from there and there is no way I was going back there tomorrow and she said there is nothing she can do so i left. End of the story, don’t eat there and take your money elsewhere!

I had menchies 2 days ago i got food poisoning. I have never felt worse i am frequently having diarhea and not like one time like once every 10 minutes. So if you like feeling normal do NOT come here please just go to dairy queen instead.

My kids and I visited the Menchies Novi location recently and had an amazing time ! The froyo was yummy and fresh and the variety of toppings was mouth watering. They had lovely summer flavors and the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious. The staff was courteous and the place neat and clean. We will be back soon !

I had a great experience at Menchie’s! The store was very clean, and the employees were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. The frozen yogurt flavors were delicious with a great variety to choose from. I also ordered a custom cake, and it was decorated beautifully—exactly how I envisioned it. Everything from the service to the product quality was excellent. Highly recommended!

Saw Owner or Employee / Attendant actually Recycling larger pieces of toppings ( probably 20 different larger pieces of misc toppings ) off the counter picking up each with his bare fingers and putting the in a little clear plastic dish , which he passed to the girl at the cashier counter who promptly stashed them . Then he proceeded to sweep and wipe off the counter . WHAT ?? This was disgustingly sickening as we just finished eating and them wondering how many people touched our toppings and recycled pieces of ? Are you kidding me ? This may be acceptable in third world country ..
( both employees being in on it ) sorry , Gross and Oakland County Health Department should be aware . I am not the only one in my party to be a witness to this . Obviously never going back to a Menchies....Health Warning Grand River Novi. Saturday eve about 8:30 ish 5/17/2025

The staff was also fantastic—knowledgeable and eager to help with recommendations. It's clear they take pride in what they do.
