Giving this 2 stars because my kids like the experience. Flavors are so/so. I asked if I could sign up for rewards (before I tasted the ice cream) and was told "no because it takes too much time." There was nobody in front or behind me in line. Was treated like we were an inconvenience for coming in.This was our 5th time here and it's just not worth it.

Extremely overpriced, tasted most we tried like water with milk and add of sugar. Tastes were so bad non of 3 kids after 2 spoons wanted to eat it. 1st time it was tasteless frozen yogurt. I really do not recommend it. I spend $14.00 for one it, and it was not full cup.

There is no service. Period. Every customer comes in a serves themselves. Save some bucks and do it at home.The food area was dirty as heck. With every customer coming in and touching everything and apparently little cleaning being done. This is gross. No handwashing station either, so that is nice.The frozen yogurt. I got 2 flavors. Chocolate and toasted marshmallows. Couldn't tell the difference in the flavors. The texture was really different from other yogurt I have had. Not in a good way.The price is .75 an ounce or $12 a pound. $10 for roughly 3/4 of a bowl?The entire business model seems to be focused on how little effort or food safety can we put into a business.I won't be back.

Great location. Good variety of froyo options and toppings. Clean areas for self service. My daughter loved every minute of it. Our two servers this evening were wonderful. Made my daughter very happy and gave her a sticker :)We will be back!

I don't normally leave reviews but every time we have visited this location it has been super dirty. Dust and garbage, extremely sticky floors, watered down ice cream. We asked for sampler cups to try a flavor we weren't sure about and frankly because we also wanted to try it before giving it to our young kids and the girl said she would go ask the owner because there were no cups up front by her. She comes back a min later with the owner behind her and says they don't have anymore cups. Then the owner proceeded to whisper to her which was obvious she was lecturing her on not giving out samplers. It was evident that this was a new employee who didn't know. Another family while we were in there were also complaining about quality and how dirty everything was. Very disappointing. Will not be back.

Amazing service- we got there just moments after close and they let us in for my moms birthday treat! The nicest and most accommodating owners! The place was super clean and everything was well stocked.
