Made the order of a large birthday cookie adhoc for same day pickup. The lady who works here was so kind and the order went through smoothly and perfectly. We're all very happy with the presentation and taste of the cookie. Will definitely come back again!

These had to be the most awful cookies I've ever had. They were flatter than a pancake and very under baked, greasy too. I wasted 7.50 on 4 cookies that went in the garbage. How did Mrs. Fields become successful selling these awful cookies? What's her secret?

Um i watched a girl who worked here leave the kiosk and go yell and curse at someone from another store...like just left the store to start screaming at some poor girl. I would never EVER shop at this Mrs feilds.
