Excellent breakfast sandwiches and delicious drinks. Staff is super friendly.
This is hands-down one of my favorite coffee shops in metro Detroit! What started as a Caribou Coffee chain years ago was saved by a group of No.VI dads who couldn’t bear to lose their go-to coffee spot. They took it over, but let’s be real—running a food business isn’t a walk in the park.
Enter the most incredible couple who bought the place and transformed it into something truly special.
The owner, hailing from Puerto Rico where her family runs a similar business, has poured heart and soul into this spot. It’s now the coziest, most welcoming place you’ll find.
No judgmental hipster baristas here—just a genuinely kind and awesome staff who make you feel right at home. They bring their diverse backgrounds to the table, offering unique treats like Banh Mi sandwiches and Dora-Yaki alongside killer pastries.
Foodie Pro tip: If you spot quesitos or churros, grab them fast—they’re absolutely perfect pastries and sell out quick!
I’m obsessed with their in-house roasted beans, especially the espresso roast that I snag for my at-home brews.
Whether you’re popping in for a quick coffee and pastry or settling in for work or a great convo with a friend, this place is perfect. It’s a true gem that’s worth every visit!

Very comfy and spacious. Alot of lounge char seating. Interesting touches like a guitar available for customer use. Not the cheapest cup in town, but you get what you pay for. This is an extremely well done cup of tea or coffee (I have had both)

Amazing coffee, first time I tried it. Tastes fantastic just black - what fresh roasted coffee should taste like. Will definitely return.

Customer service is good. However, they need to clean this place. Spiderwebs, dead bugs on the windows and dust everywhere. First appearance is everything!
Received my muffin almost frozen. Then came back to ask if he could heat the muffin. Received the muffin in which I could not hold on to it because the paper around it was too hot to touch. Dropped the muffin due to being too hot and the muffin crumbled to pieces. Lovely way to start the day. The person behind the counter just looked at me. So sad. 1st time visiting before work. Will not be back

This place is horrid. The inside is old, crusty, dirty, and messy with decades old furniture it seems. The bakery items are obviously just bought from a supermarket and resell. Subpar coffee. Even the Tim’s nearby is far better

Only came for coffee which I enjoyed.
Had my coffee black and it was tasty without being bitter or burnt. I didn't need to load it up with cream, sugar or flavoring as I do at other places. Cosy arm chairs, a fireplace and lots of natural light.

The place has a combination of table and chairs and comfy furniture. It's cozy, not too big and the service was great!

Great atmosphere. But having to ask for water and the bathropm key was annoying. Please make water self serve.
