I used to love coming to Novi Tea and Coffee, but my most recent visit was really disappointing. First, the drink was way overpriced. I got charged 75 cents just for asking it to be iced, which doesn’t make sense because iced drinks usually have less coffee. Then, when I got my drink, it wasn’t even filled to the top. The worst part was how dirty the place was. I don’t usually write reviews, but I left feeling like I needed a shower. I was sitting by the window, and the curtains were gross. They looked cream-colored at first, but up close, they were stained yellow. The window sill had crumbs, hair, and even bugs. There was an old empty cup next to me that no one cleaned up, and the tables were sticky and dirty.

Absolutely loved the coffee here. The atmosphere was great here as well. They do have book here to read etc. Overall a pleasant place to go for a nice break

I ordered what looked like a watered down version of a matcha latte. There was barely any matcha in it and tasted only like oat milk. The caramel latte was not good either. Pretty pricey as well. We paid 16 dollars for these two drinks and ended up not drinking them.

Lots of signature drinks to choose from. The staff were very nice and my drink tasted amazing! I got a red tuxedo mocha to go, but if I had more time I would have loved to sit and read or study here. Definitely stop by if you're in the area :)

I usually go here for my occasional signature hot drinks (Bonfire Mocha, Caramel Dream and Caramel Cocoa Clash are top fav), hard boiled eggs or breakfast sandwich but today went around lunch and tried one of the Vietnamese Traditional Sandwiches (with pork) and it is sooooo good!
The pumpkin spice latte is a must try. The cherry danish was delicious.

The pastries are hand made and amazing. The coffee is exceptional, none of the burnt and acidic beans of the big chains. The owners are always around and incredibly friendly, and the staff is quick, friendly and competent. Really can’t ask for anything better in a coffee shop.
