Noodle and Company claims to know noodles and who doesn't love a good noodle so I've given the brand several chances to wow me and have determined that they're the fast food of noodles. You're going to get a better noodle at an authentic italian, viatnamese, or pho restaurant. I'm not willing to sacrafice for a just ok noodle.

I ordered over Uber Eats food was okay, you would think the proportions would match the pricing (thumbs down), food was bland but edible. I ordered a full salad got half. This is my first time eating from this restaurant, not impressed.

This place is aweful! Horrible service and rude management! I ordered pad Thai with steak and it had zero steak and zero sauce. I ordered extra sauce and they sent a tub with literally about 2 drops in it. I ordered it DoorDash so I’m not sure what the issue is but when I called the manager could only make rude excuses. I paid almost $20 for a dish that I am trashing due to it being cold dry noodles only basically.

First time dining in and the service was phenomenal! I wish I could remember the employee's name. He did say he typically works at the Hall & Hayes location. He did such a great job, was friendly, patient, and kind. The food was pretty good too! I had the Chipotle Chicken Cavatappi, it was delicious. The dining area was neat and clean, but also warm and inviting. We will definitely visit again!

They banned a homeless DoorDash driver from ever coming back to their Novi location for using restroom when not on a delivery for them. Only used restroom when place was very slow, most of the time with 0 customers.
