This place is aweful! Horrible service and rude management! I ordered pad Thai with steak and it had zero steak and zero sauce. I ordered extra sauce and they sent a tub with literally about 2 drops in it. I ordered it DoorDash so Iām not sure what the issue is but when I called the manager could only make rude excuses. I paid almost $20 for a dish that I am trashing due to it being cold dry noodles only basically.

We placed a takeout order while traveling and at the time of pickup, we ordered an extra side of protein for our dog. The team was super helpful letting us know which option would be best for a pet. Thanks for steering us right!

First time dining in and the service was phenomenal! I wish I could remember the employee's name. He did say he typically works at the Hall & Hayes location. He did such a great job, was friendly, patient, and kind. The food was pretty good too! I had the Chipotle Chicken Cavatappi, it was delicious. The dining area was neat and clean, but also warm and inviting. We will definitely visit again!

They banned a homeless DoorDash driver from ever coming back to their Novi location for using restroom when not on a delivery for them. Only used restroom when place was very slow, most of the time with 0 customers.

What a disappointmentā¦ basically you get a frozen dish heated up for a $6 fee. This place is usually busy whenever i have to go to the Verizon Sore (Nextdoor) so I thought that it may be worth a tryā¦. Nope! Frozen Asian dish like PF Chang from Meijer at about $7 plus a $6 microwaved and ready to eat fee for you to eat right away. This was the exact cost of my Spicy Korean Steak Noodles and the exact quality & taste. The beef in the frozen PF Chang dishes is actually more flavorful and tender. Anyway, if your in a hurry your better off heating up some PF Chang at home. Service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere is a step up from a typical fast food restaurant. Donāt let it fool youā¦ RJ

This was my first time trying Noodles & Company, and I was pleasantly surprised. Although the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food made it worth it. The dishes took a little longer to come out than expected, but the generous portion sizes more than made up for the wait. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared, and I appreciated the variety of options on the menu. Itās a great spot if youāre in the mood for something casual but still want a satisfying meal. Overall, despite the slight wait and cost, Iād definitely come back for another visit!

1st time going.
Did a vegetarian dish with tofu. Had chicken bits in it, maybe that's why it didn't taste nor feel satisfying. I see no reason to try here again.
Vegetarian options: Chicken bits was in my veggie tofu dish. No question as I tasted the difference in that fork full unknowing having it

every store iāve went to so far has had amazing employees, but as a former employee i know how theyāre treated by a negligent, inexperienced (yet power hungry) corporate. for example they closed the chesterfield building today and neglected to tell the staff until they arrived to the building and saw it being taken apart, and are currently refusing to give them documents for unemployment, saying that if they donāt transfer then that is considered quitting, although they do not āneed their helpā as they said. I do not think thatās even legal. These are peopleās livelihoods youāre messing around with.

Quality of food has gone way down, at least at this particular location. The cheese sauce for the Mac and cheese was so watered down and then I paid for extra sauce for my tortellini and there was like maybe a spoonful in the container.
