I'm giving it a 5 star because they were fast, well priced, and tasty. Its really good for fast food and ingredients taste fresh. I got the Japanese udon noodle bowl and it was tasty. Really cool concept. Will def be returning to try their other dishes.Update: Had to take away stars. There is an inconsistency with the portion size. Sometimes they give out normal portions and sometimes I get much smaller portions of food.

I ordered butter noodles with shrimp and man I was so disappointed what I got. I paid $4 for 5 pieces of shrimp when I can go to a different location and get 8 or 9 pieces. There was bearly any Italian seasoning and cheese on my noodles and the bottom of my bowl there was so much butter grease and other noodles that wasn’t suppose to be in my noodles. I won’t go to this location again!

I eat at this restaurant pretty regularly. I used to love Noodles and Company. However, this location is consistently subpar.Their pop machine is always on the fritz. Maybe it won’t have ice, or the taste will be off. Maybe they won’t have any (horrible paper) straws in the restaurant, even if you ask at the counter. Today, I got there to pick up my order and was told that the pop machine was broken and I could pick a beverage from the cooler. (Nothing I was interested in.)Today, instead of a Rice Krispie treat, I was given three mini ones, which just taste like plastic.The quality of the food has gone downhill too. I like the buttered noodles with Parmesan chicken. Today, my chicken was chewy, and didn’t have a crisp Parmesan exterior. Last time, they skimped on the Parmesan cheese, the seasoning, and the butter, so I was basically eating dry egg noodles. I just end up feeling disappointed every time I go there—and I keep giving them more chances.When I’m in Novi, I will be giving other restaurants my business from now on.

Has significantly gone down in quality from Noodles and Company in years past. The kitchen was dirty, the meals came out very late, and the soda machine was broken.I placed an online order which told me to pickup at 12:32, I didn't get my food until 12:50 with only about 10 people total in the restaurant. My meal was just a plain mac and cheese bowl with a rice krispie. The soda machine was out of ice and the syrups tasted so off I just threw out my drink. I threw out most of my food too as the noodles were underdone and cold and the rice krispie was just blah. This place is obviously understaffed and underfunded and I feel bad for the employees.

We tried a couple different entrees. The taste was great. The amount of food was plenty. The cost was reasonable. The only negative was the food temperature. It took 10 minutes to get our food after ordering, which wasn't bad for how busy it was, but the food was cold.
