Used to come here for years. Quality seems to have declined considerably. My bad experience tonight was the final straw. Ordered the cheeseburger. Was asked how I wanted it cooked and chose medium. I received the thinnest cheeseburger I've ever received at a restaurant (definitely not 1/3 lb as advertised), and it was burnt to crisp being extra well done. Basically it was inedible. Sad sad sad state of quality here.

Amazing! Our restaurant dinner plans fell through for our 3 year olds family party. We ended up here after Chuck E Cheese. Welcomed us, waitress was amazing. Took our cake to the fridge for us, brought us a lighter and plates for our celebration. We left a huge mess and when we apologized to who I assume to be the owner she was so sweet. Just because of this experience I will be back anytime Iām in the area. My Novi gyro melt was delicious too. Thank you!

Ordered mozzarella sticks, bacon cheeseburger, and fries. Food was good. Only issue were fries were undergone imo. I prefer my fries to be well done. Burger and mozzarella sticks were perfect. Service was great! Will definitely come back.

I donāt think Iāve had a worse experience at a restaurant. My food had a hair in it which I noticed a few bites in- eww. I notified the waitress, sent it back with her and told her I did not want a replacement because I was obviously grossed out at this point. No apology. The rest of our table continued to eat their food. Waitress also forgot drink refills that were requested. When the bill came, there was a $5 ādiscount.ā I asked the waitress if the discount was for the hair in the food. She shrugged her shoulders and said, I told him about it and thatās what he told me to do- pointing to a man behind the cash register. Iām assuming it was the manager or owner. Went up to the man and kindly told them that I barely ate any of the food before noticing there was a hair in it. He was extremely rude. No apology and instead huffed and rolled his eyes. I honestly wouldāve let it go and given the place some grace and another chance had they been even the slightest bit apologetic but instead I will now never be going back to this place.
