Food was okay. Service was pretty poor. We had to ask for our check after waiting 5-10 mins after we finished our food. No checkups to make sure the food was good, refill the water or anything. There were other tables that weren't as far along in their meal and they were getting service and their checks.

Food was great! Very authentic Korean and good sushi too!We got the hot stone bowl bibimbap, jajang, and steamed dumplings. We also had rainbow rolls and tuna rolls. Everything was very tasty! Portion sizes and prices were as expected and competitive with other Korean restaurants we’ve eaten at in Michigan.Service was great and we were checked on several times throughout our meal.We also enjoyed the opportunity the purchase Korean snacks as we were checking out.We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Novi!

Lets get in on this. Food was ok. Got the deep fried pork, sushi and Korean hot soup. Fried pork was good, basic with not a lot of “special sauce”. Sushi was ok, over packed with rice. Korean Hot soup broth was hella bland. The service, nah! Took a minute to order. Never brought the sake, slapped the food down and dipped. Never checked back in at which point we would have asked for our sake! Plentiful menu to try different things though. Decently priced and clean.

My friends and I came to this restaurant multiple times. Food was always delicious and still is. The main reason I'm giving this place a bad review is because of the nasty customer service. The waitress we had was very judge. She always gave us dirty looks. It also seemed like they were talking wrong about us in the back. I made a mistake with my order, and the server did not offer a replacement for my meal. I was charged for the same order twice, only this time without the ingredients I requested, and the food was costly. We did not care much about them judging. But what made us not come back was before we were about to leave. The lady who served us came quickly to tell us. We needed to give her more tips. Never in my life had I seen this happen before. Me and my other friend did not give her a tip due to horrible service, and we had one friend who gave her three dollars before leaving. It was obscene for her to Approach us, asking for more, and out of discomfort, my friend gave her five dollars.Although this place has good food, the service is always horrible; we never let it bother us until today. They will always judge you for whatever reason, especially how you eat. The staff seriously needs to take a hospitality class. This is not an appropriate way to treat a customer. You're better off going somewhere else.
