I was a bit surprised by the small number of patrons during the lunch hour at this establishment, but soon it became clear why the place was occupied only by accidental visitors like myself and my co-worker. It was a pretty cold day, so instead of a typical iced tea we have ordered a hot tea. (And no, they didn’t have green tea, just black one.)
Upon dropping tea bags into a “hot” water in the mugs we immediately noticed a foam indicating the water was not boiled at all. Stupid us, instead of walking out of this Outback we decided to stay, mostly due to the freezing cold outside.
I ordered unlimited chilli and a salad, my colleague ordered a French onion soup and a chicken. A soup seemed to be a reasonable choice for a cold day.
The soups arrived after few minutes. French onion soup looked hot, melted cheese was hard to scrap from the edge of the bowl. The chilli on the other hand - it was a worst chili I had in almost 60 years of my life. It was soooo hot (taste wise), however it was not hot temperature wise at all. It felt like someone had held a can of chilli between their thighs for 5 minutes, then emptied the content of a can into a bowl.
I believe that everyone deserves a mulligan and I ordered a second cup of the soup. I figured, maybe they have only one microwave and the microwave was taken to heat my co-worker’s French onion soup. Big mistake. Second cup of chilli was even colder than the first cup. This really irritated me. After all, homo sapiens use fire to warm up the food for thousands of years, but this establishment until today, was unable to master this well known art.
Unfortunately, the worst was still to come. The intake of liquids in a form of un-boiled tap-water tea, and soups called for a visit to the Outback facilities.
I really wanted to blame the state of the washroom on the recent immigration policies of the United States government, but judging by the state of the toilets, the last cleaning of urinals and toilet bowls dated well prior to January 20 inauguration. I almost vomited the lukewarm chilli when I approached the urinal. I don’t even want to think how the kitchen looks like at this Outback after I saw their toilets.
Therefore, next time I will simply go to the nearby Applebee’s, this Outback is below any civilized standards. Farewell.

Our server, Jess, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure our table was satisfied and taken care of at all times. All of the food was cooked perfectly; the Bloomin’ French Onion Sirloin was a great choice. Overall, the entire experience was great and our table walked out very satisfied.

It has been hit or miss at this location since 2020. We were seated in about 10 minutes and over 20 minutes passed and no one asked for a drink order or anything. Not even a 'hi'. A lady then stopped by and said she had to take another table's order....they were seated 10 minutes after us...we waited a few more minutes and left...restaurant wasn't full and there was staff...they just don't seem to have it together...

food is always fresh and delicious, but they will not serve you another drink until you’re nearly done with the first one. in theory that’s understandable, but when the bar takes 20 minutes to make a drink and the waitress doesn’t come back timely, you’re done with your meal before you can order a second round.
I’m not a chain restaurant guy, was meeting buddies, surprisingly decent food. Steak finished was a bit salty, but medium rare was spot on.

The service we received tonight was outstanding! A huge shout out to Hannah, our server! She knew the menu very well and made great suggestions. Very personable! The food runner was so very kind and got us anything we needed right away. He was so very personable too. I wish I got his name to give him recognition. The manager was kind, warm and funny. He delivered our appetizer and made us smile and feel so welcome. The food was hot and full of flavor. Hats off to the kitchen! My filet mignon was cooked perfectly! The timing was amazing! Drinks to appetizers, to entrees then dessert. We didn’t feel rushed at all nor did we wait for anything. Impeccable and outstanding service! We will be back very soon as we have 3 birthdays to celebrate with over the next few weeks. We were also sat right away which is always a plus!
Kid-friendliness: Great menu options for the kiddos! They love the steak!
