This Panda Express is always packed but very fast for the amount of people. No matter how busy the staff always has a good attitude.
The shorter man that I believe is a manager works very hard and is very quick with the online orders.
They have larger portions for the price.
Seems to me there needs to be another Panda somewhere in the Novi area to break up how busy this place gets.

I ordered the chicken with mushrooms bowl I was given a bowl full with rice & almost no chicken. I requested more chicken and they did accommodate me. Overall the food is good the servings can sometimes be very small.

Absolutely horrible service. Stood here for 35 min waiting for a bowl for my son. They really need to rethink how to do food orders faster. Door dash took priority over everyone standing here. People were pissed beyond belief.

During my recent visit, I ordered String Bean Chicken, but after waiting approximately 20 minutes, I was served Chicken Broccoli instead.

When I got home and realized the mistake, I immediately drove all the way back to the restaurant with my receipt in hand to address the issue. Upon arrival, the employee named Ray took my receipt and then claimed it was lost. I then spoke with the manager, Chris, who told me that the dish was “always made with Chicken Broccoli.” However, my receipt clearly states “String Bean Chicken.”

If I had known that the order was being substituted with Chicken Broccoli, I never would have accepted it, as I have a severe anaphylactic allergy to broccoli. This substitution without notice could have resulted in a life-threatening medical emergency. The lack of care and accountability in this situation is extremely concerning.

Additionally, this is not the first time this particular Panda Express location has made such an error. I have previous documented incidents where I was given the wrong type of chicken both in person and through DoorDash orders. I have kept receipts and records showing that this same issue has occurred multiple times, suggesting a pattern of negligence in preparing and verifying orders.

Not only did I receive the wrong order after a long wait, but I was also treated dismissively when I returned to resolve the issue. The fact that my receipt was lost by an employee and that the manager denied any wrongdoing further demonstrates poor management and lack of attention to customer safety.

Ordered over an hour ago and have just been waiting here at pick up. Some workers just standing around and looking into thin air. Seems like this location lacks communication, proper training, maybe both realistically speaking.

Something is wrong with the online pickup system at Panda Express. The cashier will ignore you as you stand under the “online order pickup” sign until you force your way between them and the next customer, at which point you might get your food in 3 or 4 minutes. Just disappointing
