I’ve been a regular there and the guys here know me. They knew my order and recognized me every single time, half white rice half super greens and double teriyaki, Idk if management changed or what, but it’s taken a severe down turn recently. I waited over 30 minutes on an order I was told I could pick up 30 minutes earlier. This has become an unfortunate pattern at this location. I’ve never seen such a decline in service. I hate to do this but I’m not coming back to this location and going elsewhere from now on.

I put an order in at 11:20, my dasher has been there since 11:30. It’s 12 and the order isn’t ready. That’s inexcusably bad service.
They lie on the receipt. My dasher was waiting til passed 12, order was put in at 11:24 according to the bank.
And the entire order is wrong on top of that. Nothing is correct.

We had a fairly large order at the Novi location yesterday. 8 plates and 2 appetizers and everything was absolutely perfect. All the orders were correct, all the sauces were there and the food was delicious! Thank you, great job! Made our birthday celebration go smoothly.

Whoever is in charge of this location needs to be talked to. Having only one person operating the register and online orders during peak lunch time is absolutely criminal. I feel bad for the employees here that are put under this level of stress. Plus having them understaffed leads to issues like people getting their food 20 minutes later than expected, as well as it being cold. Also I’m not sure if they changed something with the orange chicken, but the sauce was lacking a lot of flavor.
