Came in and ordered dine in for a soufflé and caramel latte. I literally sat for 15 minutes waiting. When I approached the window to ask about my order the young man slid my luke warm coffee to me, the manger interrupted him helping me to ask him about another order and I still didn’t have my soufflé.
I proceeded to ask if my latte could be remade because it was not hot. I was told by the manger she could heat it up in the microwave. I didn’t pay for a microwaved latte....read full review
After ordering, we waited for over 45 mingus for our food. We were later informed that our food still had not shown up on the board of to be made food. eventually we asked for a refund, and to cancel the order, but the manager was unable to do it. He said he would once he was able to figure it out, but the charge was never reversed
