Recently had multiple bad experiences. Drive through took 20+ minutes and served cold food, missing items for to-go orders (still waiting for a refund), and sandwiches with way too much salt. You're better of going to a different location.

This Panera is freezing. Its 20 degrees outside and I have to wear a coat inside this place. We dine at a few different Paneras but this place is beyond freezing. Its freezing all summer also. Maybe save some money on the a/c in the summer and put some needed heat inside in the winter. Everything else is totally fine but I shouldn't be shivering eating lunch.

They have a self for door dash, Uber Eats, Grubhub & post mates. However the orders aren’t placed in the correct order & the staff is less than helpful

Bread bowls are the best!

This is my 2nd bad review of this location, and I'm no longer going to Panera again after this. The sandwich bread was smaller than the cheese slice, and that was what I wrote my review about last time. Somehow the bread is now even smaller. Didn't even get my baguette side in the bag. The smoothie sizes are a now a kid's size cup? And my mac and cheese cup was only half filled.
Last time I wrote a review, someone reached out to me via email to say they were going to send me a gift card by mail. I gave them my address, and it never arrived.

Grilled cheese wasn’t even grilled! Also their food made everyone in my family sick. I can only imagine how gross the kitchen and prep areas are since the food tends to reflect that. Based on other reviews this is their standard, so won’t be surprised when this location shuts down soon

This location is consistently under staffed. The asiago bagels are horribly made, there is barely any cheese. Today it was burnt. And the cafe was dirty.
This afternoon, I stopped by and ordered the Ciabatta Cheesesteak sandwich. I was very disappointed that it had only less than three tiny piece of beef, smaller than the finger nail. Where was the food control? Or was that they cut down the meat portion to the horrible standard. Will never back to the store. order number:6051715992882075.
