This is basically Pf Changs without their prices. Always good spot for those seeking betterment quality Chinese food. Parking and seating are great for anyone. Lunchtime is a bit chaotic. The nice part of this place is the ability to order ahead with their online website. Staff and management are great. I've had issues with wrong orders but they were quick to get me the right food at no extra cost. The best part about this place is their rewards program. If you sign up for their email list, you'll receive discounted and bogo meals. Definitely a great spot for any lovers of Chinese food.

Visited last weekend and my husband got the Sweet & Sour Chicken with Fried Rice and the fried rice tasted like burnt plastic (it was terrible)! Something was definitely wrong with it and the vegetables had an odd taste too. I had the Chicken Pad Thai, it was better than the Sweet & Sour Chicken but not overly excited. We would of tried to return the one meal but it was busy and so we decided we'd just not eat it or take home the leftovers. For the price of the 2 meals and the taste, we won't be coming back. Wanted to like it though.

I was in Novi for business from Wisconsin. I decided to get take out from here and I was pleasantly surprised. The cashier, Yolanda, was very positive and friendly in demeanor. I enjoyed the short chat with her while waiting for my order. My food (Kung Pao chicken) was still hot when I got back to the hotel room and incredibly tasty. If it had not been for the Primanti Brothers restaurant nearby that I had been wanting to try, I probably would have returned here for dinner on the second night I was there!

Wasn't terribly impressed with the main entree, I got teriyaki chicken with white rice. There was so much plain cabbage that it took away from any flavor that could have been. Was very disappointed with it.

Pei Wei in Novi is a really really cool and great restaurant! Lots to select from, I love the pad thai and there take on it! Mmt wide got the honey seared chicken with noodles and loved it! There veggie rolls are excellent and the sushi is so fresh and tasty! We've been here twice now in one week, such good food! Customer service is excellent! We will continue to come back here.

The first time I ate here I ordered the Polynesian bowl which was very good. The second time I came here I ordered the same thing but it looked different. I even told my husband it wast what I wanted. I looked at the menus and it was missing my favorite ingredient which is ahi tuna. I would not have ordered it if it didn’t Have ahi tuna. I was very disappointed and it ruined my lunch date with my husband.
