On a Monday it says they are open, so I make the drive from Detroit to Novi to see they are not open ! The website says open mad I wasted my time
I’ve been here twice during my lunch break and had a great experience both times. The staff is kind, and the food is really good. I usually order the “Half It Your Way” with a soup and sandwich. My only small critique is that I wish the sandwich portion were a bit bigger- if they made the soup slightly smaller and the sandwich slightly larger, it would be perfect me. That said, the portion size doesn’t take away from the delicious flavors of the sandwich at all, and it is still very filling. The atmosphere is nice, very chill- reminds me of Panera’s vibe in its glory days. Wait times are pretty much non-existent, making this a great option for a quick and easy lunch if you work in the Novi area.

The food is good, but their menu isn't accurate or self explanatory. I called in to order some chili and corn bread and the employee explained they didn't have chili for the day and didn't serve corn bread ever despite it being on the menu. Super disappointed. They really need to update their menu options.
This place was great 10 years ago but has went down hill a little every year. Every time I order they forget something and a toast sandwich is cold. Employees are rude like I bothered them coming in.

Alot of the menue items are incorrect unless you look at their specific website otherwise the panini was soggy and lettuce was gross i threw the $12 sandwich away i could have made a better lunch at home the soup also was barely warmed up

I found the sandwich to be exceedingly small to justify the $12+ that I paid. (For *just* the sandwich, not a whole meal)
And then the bread was half empty as well.
It was my first time trying the place, but I'm not impressed and I guess I won't make the effort to drive the 10 minutes each way on lunch for a 1/2 empty, small sandwich.
$12 for a sandwich should leave me very full if not overstuffed.
It should not leave me wishing I had ordered a fast food meal, so I could have at least had fries and a drink for the same price.
Love everything about Picasso's
Always great service and good food. Good place to have lunch with a friend.

Was there today. They open at 9am. I entered at 09:15am. Place is empty. No one at the front counter. After 5 minutes, I had make myself scene through there door leading to the kitchen. I ordered coffee. The gal informed he she had to make the coffee. #1, they use a regular home coffee pot. #2, she pulled out a large red container of Folgers! 15 minutes later, the coffee was done and - the best part - served in a Star Bucks cup! I had to ask “is this Starbucks”? She said “no, we just have lots of these cups”. Ha!!! When I tried to get the WiFi password, the guy working clearly did not know, he guessed and disappeared. I gave up and used my hot spot. Lots of door dash. Lots of people getting carry out lunch for the office or shop. Only two tables with people eating in. Generally the store is not well kept, hence the focus on carry out.
Food was excellent
Service was fast and friendly

So far I have tried the Chicken cordon Bleu wrap and the Van Gouh. The wrap was delicious, I would highly recommend it. The website does not specify that green peppers are on it so make sure you tell them no peppers if you can't eat them. I was informed that all wraps include green pepper, onion, and tomato. The Van Gouh was also delicious, but on a much smaller scale than the wrap. The lady that I spoke with today, Amy, was delightful and helpful. The first person I dealt with on my initial visit was not pleasent or helpful, he was rather rude on the phone and in person. I suggest giving them a try, hopefully you get to deal with Amy.
I love the food, but they never have enough workers at lunchtime and it takes forever to get my food. Average wait is 15-20 minutes for a sandwich.
Food taste good. Thrown off by the soup though, wasn't even halfway filled up. Iasked them and they stated it comes in 8 ounces, but the bowl is 12 ounces. The wrap could of been cut, but that's being a Lil too picky. Wait was 15 mins. Not sure why, wasn't really busy. Please turn heat on.
