First time here. I didn't know it was a "grab and go" place; I thought there would be servers. Upon walking in, there is a big menu board. Wraps and sandwiches you can get small or large. Small doesn't mean half a sandwich, it means less meat/ veggies. We ordered an avocado tweener (wrap), Two way Reuben, italian wedding soup, and a fountain drink. I don't know if the tweener was small or large (I forgot to specify), but it definitely looked like a small. Tweeners and sandwiches come with a super small pickle but they forgot to give us our pickles. A bag of regular chips also comes with it unless you tell them you want bbq. Not sure if there are other flavor options. Food and counter service are subpar. It was good to try but I won't be back.

I visited Picasso Deli for the first time for lunch on Thursday, I ordered the Turkey pesto sandwich and the Mushroom Brie soup and it was so good! The service was good, the music was great, but the Karen in line ahead of me was bringing down the mood. I walked in around 11:41, ordered and stepped aside to wait. My food took about 8 minutes to prepare (which is completely acceptable) but the entire time this woman was complaining about the lack of coffee, about the wait, like every 60 seconds, and ranting about how she was going to write a review. The iced tea is self serve out of a cooler in front of the counter, btw.
Food was good,we got there at 11:40 am. I wanted a coffee, off an extensive coffee menu, they could serve any coffee, no reason. Sandwich was tasty, but not worth the money. Had to ask a second time, for an iced tea. Asian man behind counter, had bad attitude. Told me they were busy, behind the counter, yet 2 of 4 people were just standing around. Very disappointed.

The place sucks... no other way to put it. We have ordered twice now since our office relocated close to this establishment . Food is mediocre at best. They just can't get an order right . Multiple items wrong both times , have to drive back to get situated . The lunch comes with chips you have to remind them , hey can I get the chips as they are never in the bag. They were out of roast beef but it didn't prompt that when ordering online , I show up they tell me in person and had to wait another 15 min for one wrap. You would think to call and let me know . I suspect this business won't continue to last until they clean up their service and accuracy.

Not sure if they were short staffed or what? The gentlemen had the front counter had a personality of a door knob. The food was expensive and not very exciting. For a deli I was hoping for a whole lot more. They had Costco bought croissant rolls, sitting on the counter in the container. Definitely would not come back!

Got a large Renoir last Thursday at 2:15 pm. The roast beef felt soft and mushy. Had body aches all night. Friday morning - full blown food poisoning. Here I am Sunday night still feeling sick. Great food never had a problem before. But it only takes one bad batch of meat to cause a bad review
