I love this food, but they are constantly forgetting to put hummus in my bowls whenever I order from Doordash. I always ask for double hummus and 50% of the time I don't get any hummus at all, which results in a very dry bowl. Very frustrating because the food is so good. I think there must be something wrong with how Doordash presents their order to Pita Way. It's very challenging to get hummus when ordering delivery.
If the owner sees this and can address/fix the issue, I'd be happy to change my review score.

The owner and the entire staff at this Pita Way could not be nicer! The food is always fresh and tasty. They had a health inspection today before I got there and passed it with flying colors! I am not surprised because it always looks spotless in there!❤️?

I was honestly blown away by my experience today. I have heard about this chain for several years, and was trying to find something for lunch after an appointment, so I decided to stop in. Immediately, I could tell this was going to be a positive interaction. Christian took my order, and he was so friendly and helpful. Both gentlemen working today were courteous to every customer that walked through the door, making helpful suggestion and giving each person their full attention, really making the most for the customer experience. Beyond exceptional customer service. On top of that, the food was phenomenal, and very reasonably priced. I am already looking forward for the next time I can come back!
For anyone who may be wondering, they do have Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, and Halal clearly marked for applicable items on the main restaurant menu, and the whole place is clean and visually appealing.

Great staff, great people, and the food is terrific.
My partner and I were out shopping and wanted to get quick Shawarma. We are not familiar with Novi so we did a quick Google search to the closest Shawarma place. This was the closest Shawarma to our location so we took a chance and decided to try. We are so happy that we decided to go out on a whim and try this restaurant because it is fantastic! The food quality is so good that it’s hard to believe it is a to-go restaurant. Not only was the quality just as good as any sit down restaurant in Dearborn it was fast and ready to go in a quarter of the time. The owner, who was also the gentleman who prepared our food, was super nice and was extremely friendly. He took the time to explain the menu and offer suggestions, which all were excellent, and if i’m ever shopping in the area again I would definitely return.
Vegetarian options: Most of the dishes are customizable so you can get vegetarian and or vegan friendly dishes customized to your liking.
Dietary restrictions: Many of the items are customizable so you can get them vegan to gluten-free.
Parking: This is in the large West Oaks Shopping Center area by 12 Oaks Mall. There is plenty of parking.
