Today I order online like normally would do but something seem off with my bowl today . I order the Monday special and now I’m at work sick stomach is on 1000. The meat was kind of burnt as well. I’m praying I don’t have food poisoning :( I come here often and really never had any problems

I talked to the owner his name is Christian and it was Wed 10/15/25 at 12:30 pm and I asked the owner about the special advertize on a board out side the store lunch special for $9.99 he told me that is only for mon and tue so I asked if he honor the price for me for wed too so he agreed so I placed my order and paid for it.i came to pick it up so the worker hand me just the sandwich without all the sides that come with it.when I confronted the owner he backed down about his offer and hand me just the sandwich.bad experiance,bad customer service,that store lost me for ever and he is going to lose alot more after me if he does not learn how to treat a customer.

Went here today for the first time because I was hungry after school. After about halfway done eating my chicken shawarma I found an ant in the wrapper of the food towards the eaten part of my shawarma after I set it down in the wrapper. I’m disgusted and just threw the rest away because that is ridiculous. The servers were very nice to me and the food look nice and clean so I am disappointed this happened to me. I also have another one that I got for my mom that will also be getting thrown away.

Called ask the manager about the rice it’s hard serving customers three hours old rice is unacceptable the manager hang the phone up . Manager is very unprofessional
So damn good! The Dearborn is the best value. The legacy reminds me of Chipotle but better. This place is great. Hospitality even better. So fresh so good

I've been coming here for probably the last 3 months. I've been to the stores that are in South Lyon, New Hudson, respectfully when I say this prices are not adding up. It can be different owners. I'm not sure but this particular one up sales certain things. I've literally ordered the same thing for 3 months and nothing different but the prices have been from 11 something to 15 something same stuff every time nothing different.
