I'm a Pennsylvanian and I had to try the one in Novi Michigan. It was as good as ours at home. Which is saying a lot. If your are away from home or want to see what the deal with the fries on the sandwiches is. It's a great place to go.
My husband and I had a late lunch here on Saturday. Our server, who was also tending bar, did a good job of managing both. My husband had an amazing pastrami sandwich. I had the grilled chicken salad. It was very fresh (no bagged salad mix) and the chicken was obviously just prepared and not dried out pieces of microwaved pre-made chicken. I did make the mistake of assuming that fries would be the default option and got croutons instead but our waitress brought me the fries with...
One of my all time favorite sandwich spots. Stopped at one about 11 years ago outside of Pitt. Was hooked instantly. Was a destination for me, since I saw it on the food network. I love Novi area, and it's great they have one. Bathrooms are a little sketch, and not as clean as I would expect. Minor complaint.
